Stunning Waterside 2 Bedroom House in Poole

This fisherman's cottage is possibly in THE PERFECT location in Poole. Situated within a stones throw (literally) from the Sea, and right next to the Fisherman's Dock, with direct access to the sea side foot walk onto the Poole Quayside and Town Centre. There is an abundance of activities that you can book to include Fishing Trips, Dive Boats, Sailing Boats, Parascending and more, as well as fantastic array of bars and restaurants that cater for all ages and tastes. The two bedrooms both have stunning sea views, with the master bedroom looking out over the harbour and across to Brownsea Island. There is a comfy lounge area with all expected facilities and a dining area that leads out onto the 'sun trap' patio and garden that backs onto the harbour and is absolutely perfect for BBQ, playing with your children or just relaxing in the sunshine. This fantastic property is child friendly and has off street parking for 2 cars / boats.

We had a great time in Poole and that house is a goodstating point for discerning the area. We found a lot of new sites. One minor optimisation would be a bit more storage area in the bath..

Beatiful house. Well equipped. Excellent position.
We really enjoyed our stay. Just a few minutes to the quay and to town. During the nights it is also very quiet. Good place to stay when visiting touristic highlights in Dorset.

Very clean Fishermans-Cottage. Everything is there what you need for a longer stay (ok even for a short one ;-) ) We just love that little house, we really felt at home, the view out of the kitchen is my favorite, I loved to standing there with my cuppa. We enjoyed the fireworks from the garden, oh the Kids loved running around in the garden. We really want to come back, its perfect for 4 and a baby in the cot. But with 5.... We will see ;-) Andy is thumbs up and the cleaners are also very nice, thanks for the welcome package (Coffee, tea, butter, milk, jam, marmalade and toast) and the extra biscuits!!!

Beautiful and very tasteful furnished cottage. Loved it! Location is grande, we didnt miss an event at the quay (bike meeting, my car, vintage poole, summerbreeze with music and fireworks) sainsburys round the corner ... nice little garden, great for the kids. the stairs are steep, we had to get used to them, kids went backwards down, so that they wouldnt fall. lovley new kitchen and the we view is stunnimg!!! yes we would book it again!!!!

Great house
We had a lovely few days at the cottage. Super views of the harbour, while preparing food in the kitchen, good access to shops and restaurants, dog walks on the doorstep. The house was very clean, the goodies left for us were welcome. We didn’t need to contact the owner as everything went very well.

Excellent Location
We had an amazing stay in your lovely house. It is perfectly positioned to walk in to the centre of Poole. Getting up to that view every morning was great for the soul and the dogs loved being so close to the sea. The house was comfy and warm and had everything we needed. If we had to contact the owner we heard back in seconds. We would highly recommend 18 Green Gardens and shall certainly be returning ourselves xx

This is a really well equipped house in a brilliant location on Poole Quay. Great views and easy to walk to shops, pubs, restaurants and also to drive further afield and know you can park on your own forecourt. Thoroughly recommended.

Lovley property, fantastic position.
Nice house, great position right on the harbour, lovley walks both ways along the seafront into poole and Sandbanks in the other direction. Needed to contact the host to ask a question and Andy was very helpfull and responded to sort out queries immediacy, highly recommend.

Fabulous find
The property is exactly as described and is in an absolutely brilliant location for Poole Quay and the surrounding area.Its also perfect for walks with the dog.There is a fully enclosed garden although we didn’t need to use it as the house is next to the path that goes along the waterfront with a large grassed area at Baiter for letting the dog off for a run.Andy is a great host and answered all my questions immediately.

The property was very welcoming and clean. The welcome pack was such a lovely touch. If I was asked for feedback it would be that we felt it lacked the following:- Stotage in Bathroom maybe a few shelves or a bathroom cabinet. A smart TV Personally found the bed very uncomfortable. The view and location was stunning lovely getaway for family time.

Weekend Break
We had a lovely weekend break in Poole Quay, the cottage was just perfect. Lovely and cosy, beautifully clean, comfortable beds and superb location, couldn't ask for any more. Excellent communication from the owner who called to reassure that all was well given the recent storms. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family and hopefully will return again soon.

Beautiful location with well kept garden.Sea view from all rooms. Property needs updating and consequently looks old + grubby. Too much bulky furniture in double bedroom No mirror.Beds hard + uncomfortable We had bad backs all week.Bed linen + towels poor quality. Downstairs works well

Great location if somewhat noisy because of footpath
Great location! As the information states, a stones throw from the sea! Fantastic views from the bedroom window and footpath that leads along the seafront in both directions. The downside is that everyone else is using the footpath at all times of the day and night, including motorbikes racing each other in the early hours whilst we stayed and if you are a light sleeper who likes the window open, unfortunately like me, you will have disturbed nights. That said, what a great location!!!! The cottage could use some TLC and certainly could have been cleaner. We had to wash up and wipe out some cupboards before being able to use some and cutlery and sweep up the floor a couple of times because of flaking paint. There is also definitely room in the bathroom for a separate shower cubicle rather than having to climb into a bath which would make a huge difference. However, the location outweighs any negatives and it’s a great place to stay. A good size garden that is well enclosed for children and dogs. Thank you 😊
