„Awesome stay on the Outer Banks! Very clean appartement with ocean view, everything was good and the appartement had all one could ask for. Specisl mentioning deserves the gully equiped kitchen and the wonderful welcome package. „The Carte’s were extremely pleased with our stay for the 2025 Labor Day holiday. The house was amazing, clean and Phil was extremely helpful with answering our questions about the area. „The property was as advertised and was correctly rated by previous guests. The owner was very communicative before our stay. The unit was very clean. The kitchen well appointed. The kitchen and bathrooms were renovated but the rest of the unit keeps its old school charm. Noticed lightbulbs were out and water dispensed from fridge wasn’t not working. „The overall condition of the house was great. The only disappointment was that there was a sand dune directly in front of us impeding our view. I would recommend also to get lighting by the driveway. Check in was later and we had absolutely no idea which building as it was 730pm and dark. There is an absolute eye sore blocking the house from the road and at first we thought that was our place. “
