Specisl mentioning deserves the gully equiped kitchen and the wonderful welcome package. While the layout is a little unconventional (the huge master bedroom is the only direct route in and out of the house to the back decks and pool), the spaces were big enough for 10 people, and the places we were most interested in, which were the kitchen, backyard/pool, and beach access, were really great. The host provided beach essentials, bikes, etc. which made packing for the trip that much easier. "The location is beautiful especially with the priveate beach access. Also the main building l9kks nice and well maintained. Our room was in one of the side buildings. There as soon as you leave the room itself it feels a bit dirty and worn down. The doors and walls in the hallway have bumps and scratches. The carpet is torn and has stains. But the worst are the stair cases. The windows are covered with spider webs and dead bugs. All of this could be avoided easily and would lead to a better impression."

"The rug is very old, stains on all chairs, 3 pillows covers had to be replaced because they had make up and dirt on them. The other room we reserved didn't have any pillowcases on them. Bathtub had rust in diverse places. Air conditioner was very loud and right on one bed and blew the cold air directly on the bed. After turning off the AC you could still hear the AC from outside of the other rooms. Breakfast was Cookies, Muffins, prepacked fruit salad and Joghurt."
