„The property is a 1842 inn. The welcoming lobby with a fireplace and bar (no service) set up is a great place to sit so you are not locked in the room, especially in the cold weather. We had the inn to ourselves as it was off season. „The rooms are clean, plenty of towels. There are four bedrooms upstairs with their own en suite bathroom. There are two other rooms upstairs with a shared bathroom all very comfortable. there is another bedroom on the main floor that looks like it was once a large dining room. They can sleep a bunch of kids, but there’s no bathroom. They need to walk upstairs. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. Great outdoor fireplace with firewood supplied. „Remote and quiet. Great for getting away from everything. The beach was 5 minutes away, and we had it to ourselves. The outdoor space was well thought out, and the bunkie was a nice hang out space, even if you don't need it for sleeping space. Only downside, and nothing the owners can control, is sulfur well water. The owners provide a filter, which helps, but consider bringing some drinking water. “
