I get off super early in the morning working this new job for a few months now and I’ve been staying at crystal in with no issue. I recently asked one of the coworkers for towels that has check me in more than a few times. 2/15/25 at 3:15am I made it to crystal inn just like any other day and the same guy that’s checks me in all the time is telling me I have to wait until 2:00pm to check in while going around the simple fact they have been checking me in between 2:00am-4:00am. I simple asked for a refund he responded “I don’t have your money” very UNPROFESSIONAL what should have been said was “sorry for the inconvenience I will get you customers number” instead I have to insist
side-note: I’ve done customer service 5 yrs experience so I know what’s suppose to be done…
Anyways for about 6 minutes he kept repeating he didn’t have a number and kept insinuating I just wait to check in at 2:00pm like….. ummmm….sir…. Yeah DEFINITELY hurry up and get me a number now then he MAGICALLY appeared with a number he arguable was saying he didn’t have when I asked the first time. SMH! Continuing I said thank you and walked to me car and called the number………….bruh why the number didn’t work SMFH! Now I gotta sit and wait until shift change so I can actually talk to someone professional. No other staff treated me this way but the man that was on shift on 2/15/25 at 3:00am needs to be spoken to be his supervisor and how poor of customer service skills and nonchalant to fact of the imnciu
