It's your own Sea World with all the visiting animals! Spacious and Updated, Completely Turnkey 2 bed/1 bath! Just bring you, your flip flops, and bathing suit. Feel your worries melt away as you watch the dolphins and manatees play right off the shore. Main level living. Lower part of an up/down duplex. No steps. Separate Entrances and Separate Ventilation. Large, Gourmet kitchen with granite counters and a view while you are cooking. Relax on the enclosed porch/lanai or in the hot tub and Watch Spectacular Sunsets! Enjoy visits from Edgar the Egret or Archie the Osprey. Float along on kayaks provided. So easy to launch a kayak. Just walk right into the water. Rinse off in the outdoor shower. Englewood Beach is only 2 miles away. Dearborn St is only 1 mile. Excellent fishing from the bank or the dock. You can even bring your boat! Washer and Dryer. Sleep Number queen size bed in the water view bedroom and another comfy queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom. Grab bars in the bathroom for stability. 65 inch Smart TV, High Speed internet and 2 work stations! The hot tub, dock, and back yard are for the short-term rental guest. The laundry area is shared with the upstairs tenant.

Fantastic views - meet the manatees on your own landing stage :)
We were staying 5 days in Englewood and enjoyed the apartment. It was fully equipped, very comfortable bed, a great whirl pool (which we used in the evening, when it gets a little colder), new Tony Bahama chairs for the beach. The real luxury of this apartment is the view to the sea, just sit in your chair at the landing stage, enjoy the views. We had the great luck to see dolphins and that one manatee were in front of us (just 1 meter away). Very good communication with the landlord - we fully recommend that location - enjoy it!

The property was as advertised. Great location on Lemon Bay with a view of brilliant sunsets with access to kayaks and bikes. The house was fully stocked and the property manager was easy to contact. Will definitely be returning.

Amazing sunsets!
We had a wonderful time at 20 Steps to the Water! We enjoyed the beachy vibe and layout of this 2 bedroom property but our favorite place was the chairs overlooking the bay and the beautiful sunsets at night. The property was well appointed - it had everything that we needed. We also loved the screened lanai in the evening.

This a perfect house for relaxing and watching the beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is large and I love how the cabinets were labelled. So much easier to find things that way. The hosts quickly responded to any questions. We are hoping to come stay again!

Anna’s place was perfect!
What a wonderful stay we had at Anna’s place! She was polite and extremely quick to respond to any questions. The place was very well supplied. We didn’t use the hot tub or other water toys, but enjoyed using the bikes! The cleanliness and orderliness of the place was amazing! My wife used to clean for a living and we’ve found many places weren’t up to our standards, but this place was spotless! It wasn’t dirty or have any funky smells, so when we arrived we felt completely comfortable were able to immediately relax. We can’t wait to return next time we’re visiting the west coast of Florida! This place was amazing, just like the photos, even better!! Ann was quite wonderful in making sure we had all that was needed, in that we did and then some! Fantastic sunsets every night, close to beaches, the Farmers Market on Thursdays is a must. A fabulous memorable stay . Was here for my sister’s wedding, if in the area again would definitely stay again.

The property is as described. Super clean, ice cold AC, very spacious, comfortable bed (we only used one room), fully stocked, and nicely organized with labels to help easily find things. Everything was great, but what took it over the top for us, was Anna! She was absolutely great! We chose this property primarily for the dock. We love to fish, don't have a boat, so we were looking forwarding to having a private dock to fish off of the four days we were there. 2 days before our arrival, the dock was damaged due to Hurricane Idalia. We were a little bumbed, but Anna kept us informed the whole time. Before and after the storm and she was able to have the dock repaired ASAP! She's definitely a doer. She makes things happen! We were able to enjoy the dock as planned 3 out of the 4 days we were there. Anna even offered us some alternative fishing spots for the one day the dock was being repaired, so we still enjoyed fishing that 1 day too. Anna is professional, excellent at communicating, and really cares about her guests and wants them to enjoy the property to its fullest. We highly recommend this property. You won't be sorry!

College graduation trip
My son who loves fishing wanted to try to hunt a tarpon! We went on several excursions to do just that. He was successful!!! He was so excited!!! Fishing off the pier for smaller fish was a bonus during down time. My daughter loves the beach and with so many around, it was perfect! Great location- close to Boca Grande and Venice/beach. Englewood beaches are beautiful- I’m going to miss that turquoise water!

Sunsets and Manatees
We stayed for a month (March/April) The condo was perfect, it was clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated and in a perfect location. We were able to enjoy the beaches and bars on Manasota Key, the activities (farmers market , art show, supper club at The Englewoods) on Dearborn and fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding off the dock on Lemon Bay. But the best part of each day was walking out on the dock seeing and hearing the manatees and watching the amazing sunsets.

Fishing Getaway.
The rental is beautifully appointed with literally everything you would need for a long or short stay. We stay at alot of VRBO rentals, and I have to say that this is the cleanest one we have ever stayed at. We will definitely be back and would recommend it to our friends.

Very clean. Lovely views. Had everything we needed including outside toys. Very quiet tenant upstairs. Very peaceful. Only recommendation I could give (which is my preference) is a king size bed. There are 2 bedrooms so my husband and I could spread out, but we probably wouldn’t have enjoyed it nearly as much if we’d had someone else saying with us!
