"Auch beim 2. Besuch - nur pure Begeisterung über den Ausblick aus dem 17.Stock, es war jeden Euro wert. Dieses Hotel würde ich immer wieder buchen. In der Lobby gab es immer warmen Kaffee und Tee. Der Concierge war überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Leider hatten wir keine Zeit das Jacuzzi auszuprobieren, aber dafür jeden Abend um 10 pm vom Zimmer aus bewundert."

"We have arrived early. Were able to leave our luggage with the reception. Our teenage children swam in the pool before they spent their day at the falls adventures. Rooms are spacious and clean. Quiet as well. Breakfast is super, great service (always filling up) also! The only negative thing we can say: 20$ parking fee should be waved for hotel guests."

"Everything’s is in close proximity. However the hotel makes most sense it you are willing to have a room with a view, the standard rooms have view into a house wall only a few meters in front of your window, which means any other room in town is as good or even better. Overall good standard and clean, lobby/ground level a bit noisy and not very charming. I can recommend but in general you should expect everything to be very expensive, eg breakfast one omelette or advocate toast without anything else is 29 Canadian dollar. "

"Alles war gut, das Zimmer war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Kinder fanden den Pool auch gut. Optimal ist die Lage, man ist in wenigen Minuten an den Niagara Fällen."
