Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Personal & Service, Zustand der Unterkunft und Komfort des Zimmers
The first room we shoukd if stayed in was shocking,we looked at other rooms which were also bad,we had to pick tye famiky room at an extra cost which when we saw tge condition of even that room i was furious, the towels and bedding are in an awfuk state and needs new throughout .the cleaners are lazy in their roles and do bare minimum, i made them clean the lizard poo which was covered on the windows,i had to clean the bathroom because that was also filthy,wallpaper was ghastly and stuck back on with sellotape, furniture is old and needs replacing.the swimming pool is also filthy,and their idea of cleaning it is by getting the bits out and re filling water,there supposed to be daily cleaning but they dont bother ,they will only allow you 2packets of coffee and 2 bottles of water which u have to go beg for because its way too much effort for them.it states theirs a restaurant onsite when there isnt,theres absolutely nothing on site for you to do.and the owner knows his staff are lazy and does nothing about it,his excuse was the staff are laid back ,no my dear they need to be retrained in cleaning properly because they will be your downfall if a lot of brits came to your boring place,i asked everyday for the bin to be emptied yet you walked past it for how many days.im furious with how much money i had to pay for a dump.and peopke who give reviews are majority makaysians who dont kniw anything about standards and hygiene.
