„The cottage is superbly located to the village. We went on an organised Doc Martin tour which was good fun and very informative. The house was spacious but unfortunately the sheets on both double beds were stained, which was not great as after a long journey, we were very tired and had to sleep on top of the beds for the first night until next day. “

„The Beach House was the perfect place to have a family reunion. The location is wonderful, a short walk into Port Isaac and overlooking the beautiful Port Gaverne. Amazing decking/ balcony across the road to sit for sundowners and evening meals. Plenty of parking, lovely spacious rooms and a fantastic kitchen / dining room with plenty of space. The games room is great and the sauna too! We would definitely recommend.“

„I am still waiting on feedback following our stay last week. We are a family of 6 adults and 3 children so a 5 bed property was necessary. Unfortunately one of the bedrooms had a significant damp problem, the smell was so strong that we couldn’t use the room so we had to share beds. This was a known issue to the property owners and agents because we had a visit from the loss adjuster during our stay to assess the problem. „Location is great, Port Isaac is a lovely fishing village, albeit with limited places to eat and drink if you have no reservations. House was tired and in need of complete renovation. Two bedrooms in “garden flat” unusable because of damp smell. As a base the house was good, bedding and bathrooms clean but kitchen not practical if staying in to eat especially for large numbers.“
