NOTE:
Additional information will be required to such as our rental agreement which includes guest name and ages prior to arrival. We will also require a copy of the primary guest drivers license (front and back). An email MUST be provided on our outside Airbnb platform. Any damages that are incurred during the visit are responsible by the guest. A fully refundable $2,000 deposit per stay will be collected from our outside platform. This deposit will be a temporary hold on your card. Our minimum age requirement is 25 years of age or older.
If your dates are during March an the thinning of April, we welcome families and retreats. We DO NOT allow rentals to “Spring Breakers” which is high school/college aged kids. Our rule is STRICTLY enforced. Spring Breakers will face immediate eviction without a refund.
For Spring Break/Semana Santa all guest must follow and comply by our rules.
We do provide a small package which is a two rolls of toilet paper, trash can liner, ad a roll of paper towels. We do have a dollar general down the street from the home for any additional toiletries.
