„Santo's cottage is cute, close to the water and has everything you could need in it. My stay was short in that I was only there for a night but Santo is a great communicator and made my stay easy. To top it off Meow is the cat's MEOW!!! I will be back next year to get some fly fishing in. Thank you!!“

„I am not technically capable so I had a rough time using the door lock. I eventually called (waking someone up) and they were so gracious and helpful.The entire house was so very clean and well appointed. There were emergency supplies and thereeere items to ease the morning wake up.Would stay again if in the area“

„Clean property had everything we needed for a weekend getaway we came with four kids 6-8-10-13 and two of us we all enjoyed the stay, very well designed property, outdoor is a plus, very safe neighborhood, we went for a walk to the beach and the playground are perfect for all ages, property owner/manager gets 10 communication was perfect, we are planning to come back and hopefully we can get to stay in the same property.Thank you Joe.“

„We had a blast! The house has three king size beds which you NEVER find! WE had 7 adults and two kiddos and we did not feel cramped at all! There were gates for the stairs, pack and play for the baby and Tv's in every room. We barely watched TV because we were outside when were home. There is a big backyard with a fire pit, cornhole and a putting green out front. The kids and I blew bubbles and played with blocks on the turf while the others were putting in the front. „A glorious setting on the water highlighted by varying tides, massive swans and a variety of boats gliding by. As serene and peaceful as it gets and only blocks away from a plethora of great restaurants, bagel shops, boutiques and more. The Northport Hotel (tremendous restaurant) offers rooms at 450 per night so the value of this home speaks volumes. A rarity in a very upscale market. Owner Richard is incredible affable and attentive.“

"Seit Jahren checken wir in diesem Hotel ein, wenn wir dort sind, in der Regel für eine Nacht. Inzwischen ist es auch älter geworden. Trotz allem sind die großen, sauberen Zimmer unschlagbar. Im Bad sind Dusche und WC, das Waschbecken befindet sich außerhalb, im Schlafzimmer. Das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch. Zu Fuß, ca. 10min. befindet sich eine Shopping Mall. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Saubere einfache Zimmer, Ruhige Lage, Fairer Preis für die Region, Frühstück auch ok. Wir hatten unseren Rucksack im Zimmer vergessen. Obwohl die Reinigung des Zimmers begonnen hatte und das Reinigungspersonal bemerkt hatte, dass wir den Rucksack vergessen hatten, wurden wir nicht informiert. Uns ist es Gott sei Dank ca. 15 Minuten nach Verlassen des Hotels selbst aufgefallen. Schade, dass hier der Kundenservice sehr enttäuschend war."
