„Traveled to Tx to pick up a puppy. Just a couple hours away from Lumberton and could not pass up the opportunity to stay here. Easy to find with the hosts flawless directions and ease of communications. Knew i would arrive late and self check-in was as easy as the hottub was warm and ready to sooth and soak the road away.. „Loved the private location . Tried fishing but no luck this time quite windy but loved accommodations after electricity came on . Storm had downed poles in storm .we were informed but already on our way They provided ice so didn't loose food just couldn't cook it . Cold showers first day . „We visit family in Beaumont and could never find a hotel we liked. This property made our visit so enjoyable, we might visit more than once a year. The house was clean and stocked with everything you need. Communication with property manager was flawless. Will definitely be staying here again. “

„Nice cozy place with good amenities like hot tub, small firepit, creek access for good fishing and comfortable furnishings inside the house. Our only small let down, if you can even call it that, was that the location was not as secluded as we thought. It's pretty close to town and the other cabins on the property are pretty close by which makes it feel not as secluded as we hoped for. Overall, I would say 8.5 out of 10 rating though. Thanks.“

„This nice property is clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Our family got together for the Lamar University Homecoming Game and a birthday celebration. The house fit our group perfectly, and we all had an enjoyable weekend. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We hope to stay here again!“

„The house was lovely, the yard needed mowing badly. Was disappointed the yard was not fenced. We thought a pet friendly property would have a fenced yard. The neighborhood was awful. We tried to not go out at night. Neighbors had large groups of people outside almost all the time they played loud vulgar music. The yard had little cockle burrs bad. They got into our little 6 pound senior dogs fur so bad we had to take him to the animal er to get them out on Saturday.“
