This studio lives large with a Comfortable King bed, Sofa bed, kitchen/dining area, living area, desk & bathroom. The entire space is stylishly designed with guest comfort in mind. Sleeps 4, Dog friendly up to (2) dogs w/add’l fee.

The Space:
#StayInMyDistrict Port Orford Oceanview Loft! This private guest house, is an attached Studio Suite above the garage with no shared walls. Overlooking the Pacific Ocean with gorgeous views and wildlife watching. Enjoy a glass of wine watching the sunset or have your morning coffee on the deck in the sunshine! Large windows and vaulted ceilings create a bright and open space while embracing the views! This studio lives large while finding a space for everything you need to feel at home. This Open loft floor plan is comfortable, clean and spacious with modern furnishings and amenities making this the perfect Coastal getaway!

Studio Sleeping Area: Features a comfortable King bed, nightstands with bedside lamps for reading, and a walk in closet for guest personal items. Large windows bring in sunshine and blinds can be drawn for privacy. Wake up to the sunshine and walk out to the private terrace for a view of the sunrise over the Pacific.

There is also a Pack & Play in the closet for guest use.

The private bathroom is updated with a shower, vanity and toilet. There is plenty of storage for guest toiletries. Quality linens and basic amenities including Shampoo/Conditioner and hair dryer for Guest convenience.

Cozy living area with a comfortable loveseat, Full sized Sofa pullout bed and 55” Smart TV set up for Roku internet streaming. Relax and enjoy an evening catching up on your favorite episode or reading a book while listening to the waves crash outside! Additional seating and views for miles make this a great place to relax.

Eating in is simple in the efficient Kitchen area, complete with utensils, basic cookware, and dishes. There are apartment size appliances including a fridge, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender and of course, a coffee maker! Kitchen includes large dining room table with seating for (4) with plenty of windows and light to enjoy the views.

This open plan also includes a desk area for working remote. Table lamp and WIFI make this a comfortable space to catch up on those work emails!

The private terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the Sunset with a glass of wine or watch the waves with your morning coffee. Views for miles and ocean breezes bring the Ocean vibes!

FREE reserved parking in private driveway for up to 2 vehicles. The garage is NOT included but there is parking for up to two vehicles in front of the Garage. The space directly in front of the Main Home is RESERVED for the main house guests and is NOT available for guest use.

There is a shared BBQ that guests from both units have access to.

This property allows up to (2) Pre-approved Dogs for an additional fee. We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. Please be sure to Read & Understand our Pet Policies before booking.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire private suite. The unit is attached but there are NO shared walls and it is above the garage, The driveway is RESERVED for the studio guest so there will be designated parking.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a residential neighborhood blocks from downtown Port Orford and directly across the street from the Ocean. If you walk directly across the street from the house and down a small road, it takes you directly to the dock, which has all of the ships on a dry dock and they are crane lifted into the water. There is a small beach & Sandy area. There are some benches spaced out spontaneously and sporadically for private sitting areas with gorgeous views of that Port.
The Port of Port Orford in Oregon has a unique "dolly dock" that's one of only two in the United States and six in the world. The dock has cranes that lift and retrieve vessels, and homemade trailers, or dollies, that store vessels when not fishing. The dock also has two hoists and no boat ramp.

The port is located on the open ocean, so moorage is only possible during calmer weather. The port also doesn't have an ocean bar to cross, which means more fishable days per year.

The port is a working port, so visitors should keep an eye out for fork lifts and moving boats. Some say it's not great with small kids.

Getting Around:
Located between Bandon & Gold Beach along the coastline. This property is best with a car to see the local sights, however it is a short walk to the downtown area with dining & shopping options and everything is a convenient drive from the home including grocery stores and restaurants. You can fly into North Bend Airport, Bandon Airport, Eugene, or PDX. If you are from out of state, we suggest flying into Eugene and making your way down the coastline.

Other Things to Note:
We are happy to share our vacation home with others and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do! We also appreciate when guests treat it like they would their own! There is a complete list of instructions at the home including WI-Fi passwords and check out details.

~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
- Self Check In using digital door lock and private code. Check-In is any time after 4:00PM and Check-Out is by 11:00AM.
- FREE parking on street and 2 designated spaces in back.
- Pack and Play must be requested ahead of time as it is in storage. It is shared and on a first come basis.
PET FEE: $50 per dog Pet Fee for up to 2 pre-approved dogs.

We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home! We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, as per my listing details. We will go ahead and request the fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed. Please accept ASAP to confirm authorization.
-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.
-Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately.
