Enjoy our fully renovated beautiful pool home located In the heart of Florida's Gulf Coast! Only 3 minutes from Weeki Wachee Springs State Park! 12 minutes to Hernando Beach and 15 minutes from Pine Island Beach Park. This luxury home offers all amenities - screened enclosed private heated pool, relaxing spa, pool table, wifi, 3 brand new flat screen smart T.V'S, fully equipped kitchen, and more.

The pool is heated to present a temperature of 85 degrees. The Jacuzzi heats up to 104 degrees.

Beautiful House, Great Location
This house is perfect! The screened in pool and hot tub was used daily. It has a nice privacy fence around it. Michelle was very quick and responsive to our questions. The house is right down the road from Weeki Wachee. The 3 car garage is huge. We were able to pull the truck in with the kayaks in the back! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Michelle for going above and beyond to make our vacation the best!!!

We had a wonderful time at this home. There was plenty of room for the entire family and a nice kitchen with a place for everyone to sit down and eat. Clean and felt very safe. The kids LOVED the pool so we spent most of our time on the back patio which is beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Great property
We would not hesitate to stay in this lovely home again! Everything was clean, and the house was well stocked. The pool and spa were already heated up when we arrived. The property manager was excellent to communicate with. We had one small problem with the grill, and she quickly replied to my email and fixed the problem immediately. The neighborhood was nice and quiet; the only minor drawback for us was how far we had to drive to get to a nice beach. Still a 5-star property in our opinion!

House was great! Location was easy to get anywhere. Any issues were taken care of right away. Communication was fast and very helpful. Loved the pool and hot tub. Nice how bedrooms are separate. We spent time golfing,swimming and went to spring training baseball game. Everything you need is there. Didn't want to leave!!!

This property is wonderful! The pool and hot tub are a real bonus. It’s updated, clean and well stocked. The host was very easy to communicate with. She made sure our stay was everything we had hoped it would be. This property is centrally located to visit many national parks, beaches and other attractions in the area. One of our favorites was Three Sisters Springs where we saw dozens of manatee in the blue blue waters of the springs. Thanks Michelle for everything, we hope to be back.

Disappointed when we found out on average it took 3 to 5 hours to heat the hot tub, the pool was not anywhere near warm enough to swim in. Master bath sink drain was extremely slow draining, we were ok with dealing with it, rather than having someone in to fix it. At 1st look the house looked nice, and was, generally speaking. However I noticed lot of things that could be repaired. Dishwasher had water sitting in the bottom didn't use it but again, if we wanted to would it have worked? It was an OK stay, most Disappointed in the hot tub/ pool, they were the reason we went with a Vrbo house, so again not pleased about that.

My family had a very enjoyable Thanksgiving at your vacation home. There was room for us to have our family dinner comfortably. While some watched football, others could swim, or play pool. The swimming pool was always a comfortable temperature, and in the evening we sat around the jucussi, some just with our feet and legs in as we talked over the day and our plans for the next. As advertised! A perfect house for a multi-generational family visit. Plenty of sleeping space. Nice kitchen and living area. Heated pool and spa were awesome and easy to operate. Plenty of towels made available. Kitchen had great appliances. 5 minutes to Weeki Watchi Mermaids, 15 minutes to a great public beach. Grocery store only 5 minutes away. Our family enjoyed hanging out in the very private pool area with plenty of seating. We would book this house again. Host very responsive and helpful with questions before arrival.

Perfect for a quiet time away
This was just what we needed. We loved hanging out in the pool and on the patio. We drove a short way to the beach. There are several stores and chain restaurants nearby. It’s in neighborhood so nothing really in waking distance but that was fine by us. Quiet neighborhood and lovely home!

Perfect house for our family.
We loved our stay. The pool was warm, hot tub heated quickly, house was clean, pillows and bedding were comfy, location was safe & the house was close to everything we wanted. Michelle was exceptional and met all our requests. She even had a Christmas tree to help with the magic of Christmas morning. We loved the floor plan of the house - master on one side/kid bedrooms on the other. The pool table gave us hours of fun. We utilized all the different seating areas daily (breakfast nook, dining table, out door lounging). We were sad to leave, but will be happy to stay again in the future. LOVED having garage access and a large driveway for the kids to play in.

Pros and Cons
Pros: *Clean house *Privacy fence *Nice kitchen *Comfy master bed *Pool/hot tub Cons: *Multiple things in disrepair, most notable of them being the broken lock on the living room slider. Whoever cleaned the home prior to our arrival had to have known this so why wasn't it addressed prior to our arrival? Not cool. There were also broken vertical blind slats that would fall off every other time we opened/closed them, missing slat on front door privacy blinds. Missing wall hook/gaping hole in wall in 2nd full bath. Chipped glassware. My boyfriend stepped on a huge carpentry nail that was in the shag carpet. Used the large fancy salt shaker that was on the stove and the top wasn't screwed on and a pile of salt poured out onto the food. Annoying. Won't trust Stranger Salt ever again. *Pool was 98 degrees upon arrival. That's extremely hot and wasn't refreshing on days 1 & 2. We still enjoyed ourselves a lot but for the price I expected a whole lot better. Won't return.
