Unser Zuhause befindet sich am südlichen Ende des Kaps am Ende einer Sackgasse mit vielen Parkmöglichkeiten und ohne Verkehr. Dies ist ein großartiger Ort für Kinder Fahrrad fahren.

Erdgeschoss:
Erdgeschoss Eintrag. Freizeitraum mit Tischtennisplatte, 50 "HDTV, Mini-Kühlschrank und Bartresen. Bunk Zimmer mit vier Betten, individuelle Beleuchtung für jedes Bett und einem 32 "HDTV. Blick auf den Pool Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, 32 "HDTV und befestigt Gemeinschaftsbad. Badezimmer mit Doppel Schiff sinkt, Granit und zu Fuß in Fliesen Dusche mit Glasschiebetür. Direkter Zugriff auf aus dem Aufenthaltsraum mit geschlossenen Außendusche in privaten Poolbereich eingezäunt.

Zweiter Stock:
Großzügige, offene Wohnzimmer, Küche und Essbereich. Panoramablick, während Sie Abendessen oder Entspannung nach einem Tag am Strand genießen vorbereitet. Kamin und 55 "HDTV kann aus dem Wohnzimmer, Küche und Essbereich genießen. Große Küche mit Granit und Bar Sitzgelegenheiten für drei. Die Küche ist auch mit Doppel-Backofen, Eismaschine und Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Gehen Sie in Speisekammer alle Ihre Vorräte für Ihren Strandaufenthalt zu speichern. Strandblick Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und 32 "HDTV. Badezimmer mit Granit-Arbeitsplatte und gehen in Glasfliese Dusche mit Glastür. Wenn man aus der Schiebetür von der Küche in der abgeschirmten Veranda mit bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten und Gasgrill. Eine Treppe führt von der abgeschirmten Veranda zum privaten Poolbereich und den privaten Strandpromenade.

Dritte Etage:
Gulf Front Master-Suite mit Kingsize-Bett, 49 "HDTV und riesigen Deck Blick auf den Golf. Private Master Badezimmer mit Doppel Schiff sinkt, Granit, zu Fuß in Fliesen Dusche mit Glastür und Jacuzzi. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, jedes mit einem Queen-Size-Bett und 32 "HDTV. Die beiden Queen-Size-Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein großes Badezimmer mit Doppel Schiff sinkt, Granit und Jacuzzi-Wanne / Fliese Dusche Kombination mit Glas-Schiebetüren.

Draussen:
Privater beheizter Pool mit überdachter Terrasse für heißen Nachmittagen. Outdoor-Dusche für Komfort nach einem Tag am Strand. Und eine private Promenade, die auf den schönen Golf von Mexiko führt.

Incredible experience!
We had an incredible experience at this house. The house was a great size, set up with care and thoughtfulness and had a calm beautiful feeling. The home owners set us up for a great time with the many amenities they provided such as beach and pool paraphernalia, a ping pong table, puzzles , games, comfortable outdoor seating (even a hammock swing) and the pool itself! The walk down to the beach was beautiful and we had so much privacy on this stretch of beach. Just what we all needed! The owners were very responsive and pleasant. We highly recommend staying in this home and look forward to hopefully returning!

Great House with Plenty of Room
First let me just say that Jennifer and Doug are very responsive. Anytime I had a question, they responded in less than an hour typically which was very much appreciated. The home is large and roomy - There were 14 of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The well equipped kitchen made preparing all our meals simple. While we all brought our own beach chairs & equipment, it was not necessary since they literally provide everything. Even though the walk to the beach was long, it wasn't an issue for us. The house is at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac with more than enough parking (we actually trailered my brother in laws side by side vehicle) including a trailer which was nice. The only issue we had which is the only reason the house didn't get an all 5 star rating is the 2 hot water heaters just could not keep up with all 14 of us. I reached out to report the issue and Doug was prompt to respond offering some tips & tricks to ensuring hot water which we tried but sadly only about 1/2 of us got hot showers each day. Personally, out of the 6 days we were there, I only had one HOT shower the entire week. Other than that the place is great. I'm confident the hot water issue can be resolved and would definitely rent this home again.

The property was excellent! The house was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The property owner was always available and answered all our questions in a sufficient time frame. The pool was great. It was so refreshing after a day at the beach. Beach chairs were furnished and lots of other beach toys if you needed them. We are already planning to return to this home next year!

Just what we needed
Our family trip in October at this location was everything we hoped it would be. The views from this property are amazing and the house is comfortable and has everything you need including beach towels and beach chairs. We enjoyed some beach days but the heated pool was a life saver when the double-red flags prohibited ocean swimming. The owners have great communication and we highly recommend this property.

Great getaway with friends for a long weekend!
We had a great time here. The house is beautiful. Stocked with plenty of beach toys and chairs. Plenty of room for multiple families to stay in one place. One tip: if you plan on staying longer than a few days bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags! With a large group we ran out with what was provided at the end of our stay.

Relaxing stay at Cape San Blas
Group of 10 with four parents, two adult children and four teens. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The house was very clean with a great view of the gulf. Easy short walk down the boardwalk to the beach. We were there first week of August and very few others on the beach. Very close to federally protected land also helped with having plenty of room to spread out on the beach. Lots of small shops and good places to eat in town just a short drive away. Tons of seashells if you're into that. Only downside since this is on the southern side of the cape, the water isn't the bright blue color you'll see if you are on the western part of the cape. If you're looking to get away from the crowds and hustle/bustle, we highly recommend Cape San Blas.

Great family vacay
We were very impressed with all of our accommodations and the size of the house. It was great to have the kids ( 6 boys -ages 11-22) on the lower level and the adults on the other 2 levels of the house. Plenty of room for the 14 of us. Kitchen well stocked with everything you needed. Huge pantry for storage. Had an issue with the ice maker and the owners were easy to contact and have problem resolved quickly. The pool was very relaxing. The negatives we have are the view from the house to the beach. There is so much tree growth (between the house and the beach and sand dunes) that you can not see the beach (only water) The website picture is very misleading in that aspect of the greenery and there are now houses being built on either side of this house. The walk to the beach (on the wooden walkway) took about 4 minutes or longer -depending on what you were carrying out)We would return to this house to visit only but not for the view. We are use to being able to see our family on the beach and playing in the ocean (from the house). Can not have everything staying here.

Beautiful well equipt spacious home.
Our stay was wonderful. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of utensils, crock pot, blender, pots and pans. The provided beach towls were great. The beach was pretty and spacious, not overly crowded. The water was murkier then i had hope during our visit but i understNd this varios and recent heavy storms im sure influenced run off. Fathr up the tip of the cape things were much clearer, but again ive read its variable. The boardwalk to the beach is lenghy and has some steps and no guardrails. It wasnt so much a problem for us but older individuals with stability issues or wild small childen coukd have a hard time. The onsite pool was just enough to float and play in if it was too cold or windy to be at the surf. We had several red flag days so we made great use of it. Overall a greathouse withgreat amenities. Owners were very responsive to the fw questions we had.

Wonderful family vacation
Property was extremely spacious. Great for multi family members. The grandkids loved the pool. We did have it heated which made it very nice. Beautiful walk down the boardwalk to the beach. We even spotted an owl one day. Beach is great for walking as it is large and flat. We also had a bonfire and made s’mores one night. Super fun place. Garage is well stocked with chairs and plenty of beach toys. Loved having beach towels provided. Kitchen is very well stocked with our large group we only went out to eat once it was a great place to cook. Loved having the beverage frig in the basement for drinks. Large pantry was super convenient as well. Indian Pass Raw Bar was a must place to visit. Wonderful food. Our first time to cape San Blas but it will not be our last.

Perfect family vacation beach house
This beach house in Cape San Blas was wonderful! Everything was so clean, the kitchen was stocked with every pot, pan, and utensil we needed, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless also. We enjoyed the private pool and walkway to the beach. It was so nice to be able to have a campfire on the beach too. This house and location does not disappoint and is definitely with it!

The home was well appointed with space for the whole family to spread out! Quiet beachfront location and private pool was the perfect mix for everyone! Owner was quick to respond to inquiries! Wonderful property!

Our family (6 adults, 4 kids) really enjoyed our stay. Jennifer and Doug were quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was very clean and well furnished. We will definitely return.

Great location, home, and experience
I would highly recommend this home. Our growing family had a blast on the private entrance to the beach, in the pool, and cooking/grilling! The home is beautiful just like the pictures! The owner was also fabulous!
