Reservations include a complimentary beach gear package, $35 daily credit, personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. A link to customize the beach package will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Applicable on reservations arriving after March 1, 2023, for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

Retreat by the Sea offers modern accommodations with stunning views of Cape San Blas peninsula where St Joseph Bay meets the Gulf of Mexico. The views will WOW you as will the comfortable living arrangements with 3 king bedrooms, 2.5 baths, & double balconies. Beautifully appointed décor throughout will lift spirits as will easy access to the iconic Lookout Lounge & Package; directly across the street. Beach access does not get any closer than this, BEACHFRONT!

Whether it's morning coffee or burgers from the charcoal grill, alfresco dining options are as plentiful as the views. Choose to relax on the lower, covered patio with an outdoor shower or opt for better views from the 2nd floor balcony. The 3rd floor master bedroom offers private access to an additional second balcony. Easily gaze down miles of coastline from East to West, Port St. Joe, St. Joe Beach, to Mexico Beach and the Cape in the distance.

Fully functional open concept between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The dining room table is bench style with seating for 8. The kitchen is brand new and fully stocked with dishes and utensils. A starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending upon the length of stay, additional amenities may need to be purchased. Appliances are all stainless, and best of all, beach/water views!

St Joe Beach Perfection!
Well furnished & clean condo! We enjoyed the direct beach access and sitting area under the house. The bunkbed was a hit for the kids! There was a liquor store & bar directly across the street and food trucks & a Dollar General were a walkable distance. We will be back!

We have been to Florida many times but never to Port St. Joe. We loved it! Very laid back and feels like you are there with a bunch of residents instead of tourists. The beach is a short walk and was never crowded. We will be back!

Pleased for the most part
We enjoyed our stay very much at Retreat By the Sea. The kitchen was well stocked and the short walk to the beach was amazing!! There were two things we were unhappy with. I'll share these because I think you would want to change them for future guests. 1-the towels in the bathrooms were few and very very thin and used. 2-I'm sure at least two of the king beds had sand in them when we got in them the first night. Other than that, we were very pleased.

The Perfect Get Away
Retreat by the Sea was the perfect get away for my family of seven. We enjoyed being close to the water, having plenty of outdoor seating, having all the kitchen appliances we needed, being in a great location, having plenty of privacy, and sleeping very comfortably. I highly recommend Retreat by the Sea to anyone looking for the perfect beach trip!

Best vacation ever!!
We can not say enough wonderful things about this property and the location. We have stayed for years in another area of Florida until someone suggested we check out Port St. Joe. The area is amazing, beautiful, friendly and welcoming. And this condo makes staying there the most wonderful experience! The view from the property is perfect, the beach is spacious, private and just steps away. With 2 kids in tow it could not have been an easier and more convenient spot. The owner is so fast to respond and so nice to communicate with. This was our favorite vacation so far. We are already counting down until we can come back.

Being on the water was fabulous and we loved spending time on both decks. The kitchen was well appointed. The knives were sharp which is unusual on rentals and the pans were great. The management company was great checking in with us and responding to any questions!

The house is beautiful, love the outdoor seating and the VERY short walk to the beach is always a plus. My only complaints are that I feel the communication between us and the property mgmt could definitely have been better. When the washer lid locked with all our swimsuits in it I called early that morning and we were not able to get them out until after 8 that night. No one came or called to tell me what to do until I finally called the after hours person who was fantastic, she called the repairman and they walked us through the process. I found out that she was really not on call that night but she took care of the problem without hesitation. I wish I could remember her name but all I remember is it started with the letter J. Hopefully she reads this and knows how very much I appreciate her !!! Overall I would stay there again !! Don’t hesitate to rent this unit, a few minor things are bound to happen no matter where you stay !! Happy vacationing everyone !!

This property and the area surrounding is was absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. We had numerous kids and three adults in our group. The place was beautiful ands spacious. Relaxing beachfront stay!
