„I have stayed at this hotel several times through 3 ownership changes, and I would consider this one the best so far! The only takeaway was the fact that the dining/bar area was being remodeled during my stay. This didn't matter as there are plenty of eating spots within walking distance. The service was exceptional, I had to arrive a day earlier than expected and was able to be accommodated for 3 days in the same room...I was even upgraded to a lakefront view...!“
