"I have given five stars for service. Only because the young staff worked so hard. There were long queues at the bar and restaurant every night because there wasn’t enough staff. Even the receptionist stepped in to help. They worked so hard they deserve a bonus."

"It’s a cute property—small and quaint. The breakfast area is a cute alcove down in a basement whose surroundings look like a cave. Too cute. "This hotel is quite dated in decor and not super well kept. The part of town it is in feels a little unsettling but it’s a short walk central to restaurants etc. The place is very secure at night. Service was mediocre with staff very particular e.g. charge for coffee, unwilling to carry or set up cot for child. The cot was also not clean which was frustrating after having to set it up ourselves. "
