Just beyond is the open layout of the renovated kitchen, dining, and family room. For those that find stairs a challenge, the single level is perfect and comfortable. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms available for your convenience. The primary bedroom boasts a king size bed and plenty of space and comfort. There is an en suite bathroom and closet space as well.

You find the home wonderfully appointed and the kitchen is completely stocked. The owner stays when he is in town so you may see some family pictures or a few non-perishables in the pantry. You will find the entire home bathed in light from the many windows throughout. The back living room area opens up on to a light sail covered patio complete with seating and a BBQ for your grilling desires. The fully fenced backyard is perfect for kids and families.

While the neighborhood is quiet and safe, you are incredibly close to most everything. Freeway access is barely half a mile away. Providence St. Vincent sits barely two miles away and the Nike World Headquarters is just over one mile away. Be in downtown Portland in just over 10 minutes or the Oregon Coast in just over an hour. There is no question this home will work perfectly for whatever brings you to our wonderful Pacific Northwest.
