This property does have 3 bedrooms! If you need or would like use of the third bedroom, feel free to book the property, reach out to us, and if the owner is not using it on those particular dates, we are happy to accommodate the extra space FREE OF CHARGE! If the 3rd bedroom is not available for any reason, we will refund your booking immediately for 100% no matter when you booked. If you are just booking it as a two bedroom, the owner will not be there on the nights you book so you have your private space.

Join us while you escape from the hustle and bustle to relax and recharge in one of Portland's most fantastic homes. The Tiki Retreat has everything you are looking for from its incredible blend of style and comfort as well as the 'tropical tiki vibes' in the backyard oasis.

This centrally located single level three bedroom one bath home is perfectly situated for business, vacation, and leisure travels. An immense amount of thought and care was put into setting up the Tiki Retreat with countless amenities for our guests.

The location is central to much of Portland. Sitting just a minute from the i84 and i205 interchange you have immediate freeway access to the entire region. Portland International Airport is under five miles away as well. It is almost impossible find such a wonderful blend of location and amenities anywhere else.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

This CRBO is small but mighty. This rambler has a perfect three room layout. Relaxing yard and comfy living area. Every space is thoughtful and efficient. The place is meticulously organized and has a bonus area in the garage. The only opportunities for improvement are the porch is dimly lit and the house alarm was not working properly while we were there.

Less than stellar
While the house and property were just what we expected, the location and degree of alarm and other safety measures were unsettling with a group of 4 women. Most importantly since you can't change the location is how truly uncomfortable all of the beds were. No one slept well and strongly encourage the owners to replace the mattresses. Additionally, after coming from another iTrip property where the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices, etc, this one could use some updating. Hope this is helpful!

Hidden Gem in NE Portland
NE Portland is still a neighborhood that is slowly improving. Not best neighborhood (but not bad) but the house itself is fantastic. best amenities of any VRBO house I've been too with all new updates. Great, private backyard. Location - only 20 min to downtown, 25 minutes to Columbia River Gorge, so very good launching point for the city. Great find in PDX

This house was absolutely perfect. The description and photos are totally accurate. The house was spotless, the beds and all linens were delicious. Kitchen and home in general were extremely well stocked. Backyard and garage area were an awesome bonus. Charming. Versatile. Little details that make a positive difference...
The property was perfect for our needs. The owners took great care with the little things that made a positive difference. Reading lights at each bed. (Including flexible ones on the bunk beds that our 5 year old loved using for story time each night.) Easily accessible power outlets equipped with USB ports. French-Press or Perk coffee options as well as a grinder. Floor to celling shower caddy's with lots of room for your personal effects. The garage area was a huge bonus. Games, a rubber floor mat, portable heater, etc. It became the room for our son and his two cousins to play out their energy without risk of damage in the main house. Like I said, HUGE bonus. It would have been nice to have two bathrooms but for our needs it wasn't much of an inconvenience. The rest was "as advertised". The next time we visit Portland we'll be booking again.

Chose this house bc there were 6 adults and baby so we needed a larger place that wasn’t insanely expensive. The house is exactly as pictured. The owners did an excellent job decorating and stocking the house. I’m a bit of a germaphobe but I felt comfortable immediately upon entering. The outdoor area was perfect for enjoying the cool nights after being in the heat all day. The house is stocked with anything you could possibly need. The owners also provide helpful information and local guides to use. You will need a car or use a ride share bc it’s about a 15 minute drive from a lot of the attractions. Overall a great experience and highly recommend!
