Incredible studio moments from the banks of the Willamette River. This wonderful loft embodies the perfect blend of quiet serenity in a spectacular neighborhood just a handful homes away from the Riverside Loop Trail that will take you right to the banks of the Willamette River and Cedar Island Park.

When you are at the loft you can enjoy the privacy and quiet of this detached studio from the main house. There is a wonderful amount of light that filters in from windows on almost all sides. The kitchenette is often stocked with some organic snacks and treats for guests. Please note there is not a full kitchen though there is a small refrigerator, microwave along with some dishes and silverware. There are numerous seating options as well as plentiful room to spread out and enjoy during your stay. If weather permits, don't miss out on enjoying the deck overlooking the quiet drive surrounded by countless trees and greenery beyond.

No matter the reason you are in the area, you won't find a more perfect option to relax and enjoy your time with us at this truly exquisite studio loft. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.

Meager Amenities
We've never stayed at a property with such meager amenities before. There was a wine pull but no wine glasses (we had to drink out of the jar that held the silverware.) There are only mugs--no glasses at all! There's coffee but no sugar packets or creamer. There are only 2 forks, 3 butter knives and 1 spoon. I knew the fridge was small but it's the absolute smallest size possible despite the fact that there's plenty of room for a dorm-size fridge. We also had an issue with the cleanliness. I communicated with the property managers to let them know we had to sweep the patio of debris and even a bunch of ants due to food dropped by previous guest. Despite my repeated communication about the issues, they offered nothing but empty platitudes. Mapleton Loft IS a nice location and the deck is a lovely amenity as is the comfortable bed, but the property management group left a LOT to be desired.

Be careful.
I had left the bathroom door open the first day and night. On the second day, I closed it from the bedroom side, and it locked. This was completely a mechanical problem, and nothing I did. I reported it the next morning to management, and they sent someone out late that afternoon. I was told there was a button under the handle. Yes, but on the inside of the bathroom. I had no way to get into the bathroom for a full night and the next morning! When I asked for a refund for just the one day, I was told I would not get one as this had not happened before, which to me implied it was my fault. Other things were minor. No glasses for water or wine, just mugs. Sugar still in the box, down to the bottom, with clumps in it. No drinking water except from the bathroom sink..a bottle of water for guests would be thoughtful. And some difficulty getting in. Some more detailed directions on that would be helpful. On the plus side, the place is beautiful and was very clean. But I had a very bad experience staying there, and would warn people to think twice about renting it.

The property was very clean and quiet. I really enjoyed my stay! I just wish that there was a light near the door of the rental. I had trouble keying in the passcode in the dark and had to buy a flashlight.

Beautiful area. The unit was so dusty. We took the blankets to get washed in order to sleep. Manger offered to clean BUT who wants workers in the unit once you moved in. The cleaning fee should be refunded

Nice location and very quiet. The review would have been a 5 except there were a few very fixable things that were not great such as the pillows and bedding (a duvet with a washable cover would have been much nicer and more sanitary) and the water pressure varied a lot.

My beastie and I stayed here for a five night getaway. The neighborhood was delightful, the river was close, easy walk, and clean. The studio did have 2 beach chairs, no beach towels however 😢 The studio only had a bathroom sink, no kitchen sink, yuck. Also, knowing the refrigerator size beforehand would have helpful before our stop at trader Joe's. All in all cute place, but wouldn't stay there again, lots of choices in the area and price range.

3 Year Old Grandson Birthday Visit
Enjoyed to location, the quietness, and the property. Very easy to get from this location to all our family gatherings. Slept very well and enjoyed morning coffee on the deck each morning. Made use of the near-by trails a couple times. There were couple of small maintenance issues I would advocate doing before your next guests: 1.) Shower door handle needs to tightened with phillips screwdriver, 2.) Stool has very slow leak which makes it run periodically. Just needs to new flushing valve in the tank to fix (5 minute fix), 3.) Lights are not functional going down the stairs to access the outside door (probably just replacement light bulbs). These issues are minor maintenance and did not detract from our stay.

Beautiful Location, Quiet and Safe
The unbeatable location is the reason to stay at this property nestled in a lovely neighborhood with big trees and easy access to amazing hiking trails. It’s close to Historic Willamette with charming restaurants and plenty of outdoor seating. The unit is built over the garage and has a private patio that was nice for a glass of wine or cup of coffee. This is a good location for a shorter stay, as it does not have a kitchen sink and the fridge is fairly small. But you cannot beat the location and quiet charm. There is also a dedicated, large parking space that we appreciated very much! We would definitely stay again.
