You will be able to enjoy a post-card like view form the balcony of Appartamento L`Airone, one of our holiday homes for rent in Porto Cesareo,
within waking distance from the town beach. The apartment is on the
fifth floor of an apartment complex with elevator. The house with
balcony is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine and it can accommodate up to 5 guests.

and open kitchen with access to a balcony with view on the town and the
sea. The holiday home consists of 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with
shower.

The
apartment is in the centre of Porto Cesareo, so it`s within walking
distance from the town amenities. The closest beach is 50 meters away.
This is the ideal house if you don`t travel with any car.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.

- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.

- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.

- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.

- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Air conditioner in the living room and in one bedroom.
