LIVING AREA: entrance/living room with individual sofa bed (1 seat), TV, dining table and chairs. Kitchenette complete with oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and crockery.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION: three bedrooms (1st bedroom with double bed, 2nd bedroom with double bed plus single bed, 3rd bedroom with double bed). Three bathrooms, two of which are complete with bathroom and shower cubicle and one with washing machine.

FURTHER FEATURES: the entire apartment is equipped with centralized air conditioning, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, THE PRESENCE OF ANIMALS IS NOT WELCOMED. External shower with hot water, two external verandas, on the front equipped with a sitting area, on the back with table and chairs ideal for lunch and dinner, one parking space inside.

The tourist tax excluded (to be paid on site) is equal to €1 per day in the months of May, June and September; €1.50 per day in the months of July and August, per person up to a maximum of 7 nights.
