Tastefully decorated, this lovely 120m2 house is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfy sofa bed where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlighting that brightens up the space making it even more inviting. It has access to a lovely balcony for those sunny days and a sea view.

This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a queen bed; the second has two single beds and a work desk. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This is a fantastic destination for those looking to explore the area. Located near the renowned Parque da Cidade do Porto and the Museu de Arte Contemporânea de Serralves, this address offers a wealth of attractions for art enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. Additionally, the neighbourhood boasts excellent restaurants and bars, including the highly recommended Restaurante Praia da Luz and Portarossa, ensuring that guests can indulge in delicious cuisine and vibrant nightlife. With its great location, this property provides the perfect base for discovering the wonders of Porto and all it has to offer.

Several BUS stops nearby can take you to the city centre. (SCTP 500). Passeio Alegre Tram Stop at 2 min wall. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is only a 25/30 minute drive away.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
