Welcome to my home!

Modernly decorated with a rustic twist, this 110m2 apartment is suited for families with young children and features design elements that are unique to Portugal (floor tiles, windows and doors).

The apartment is comprised of a spacious living area with a large sofa and a dining table. The convertible sofa bed in the living room can sleep two guests.

Next door is the kitchen which comes fully equipped with all the essentials needed to cook a home-cooked meal. There's also a private terrace where you can dine al-fresco during the warmer seasons.

There are two bedrooms in the apartment: the master bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The secondary bedroom has a bunk bed, perfect for children. Both beds are lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need including fresh towels and free toiletries.

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Looking for a place to stay in Porto that's away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre? Look no further than Sra. Do Porto! This suburban neighbourhood has a variety of local and chain shops, eateries and speciality stores to cater to your everyday needs. The NorteShopping mall is just a 30-minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment is located in Sra. Do Porto, a quiet suburbia just 20 minutes to Barrio Alto and the centre by car.

Metro stations Ramalde and Via Rápida - Viso are within a 15-30 minute walk. However, you'll find bus stations a few steps away from the apartment on the main road Monte Dos Borgos.

Services like Uber, Gett and Bolt are available to download and use in Porto.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 pm, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when the sofa bed is not included).
