"I really enjoyed the hotel everything about it was terrific. Staff, cleanliness and the decorations were AWESOME!!! The one thing I didn’t like and was a dissatisfied was the restaurant. We had breakfast and it was delicious EXCEPT the coffee was lukewarm. I told the waiter and he didn’t correct the problem, at ALL. Also, there were a lot of flies inside the restaurant area which was DISCUSSING!!! ALC"

"The property itself, room and facility was good and well maintained. The front desk staff lacked some professionalism. I had a banner sent to the hotel for a three-day event. I received notification it had been signed for, but the front desk staff insisted it had not been delivered. The Manager found the box(with my name, company name and note asking staff to give it to me on check in Wed night. So, they had the box for two days at the front desk and the staff didnt bother really looking....
