„My wife and I spent 3 nights here, and it was perfect for us. It is a very quiet and cozy studio with good access to the Monterey peninsula, as well as the charming Carmel Valley. We ate breakfast in, so we appreciated the mini-fridge, coffee maker, hot plate and microwave. The basket of treats was nice touch, too. We had a good experience here.“

„I booked this cabin for a birthday surprise for my boyfriend. It was so comfortable and secluded so we had plenty of privacy. The cabin had everything we needed and the fireplace heated the place up immediately. We brought our dog and he loved it too. You can hear the river which only added to the wonderful ambience. We’ll definitely be back!“

„Our family really enjoyed our stay-- reading and cooking by the pool, relaxing in the jacuzzi, and taking in the spectacular ocean views. Unfortunately PCH was closed just north of the property, so we weren't able to go further up the coast easily. However, we were able to spend time at Plaskett Creek, hike on trails just south of the home, and visit Ragged Point and Cambria. Justin is a wonderful host, and we would definitely stay at the home again!“

We hiked at the nearby Garland Ranch Park, went to a wine tasting within walking distance of the property, BBQ'd one evening and sat around the fire pit for some dessert. There is quite a bit more to do in the area and it is within a reasonable distance from Carmel and Monterey. We had one elderly person in our group who was able to enjoy the spacious lawns with a walker. A memorable trip!“

The house and property were perfect for us and we enjoyed everything about our stay. The pictures make the place look newer than things are, which is ok but finding loose screws and rusty nails in the fenced in area meant for dogs was a bit odd.
