We have updated bathrooms & have new appliances & plush furniture. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to have a meal together at the dining table. The beds are very comfortable we get lots of compliments on them, we’ve added a xl futon in the bonus with blackout curtains so now there’s room for 10 to sleep in the house. There is black out curtains for sleeping in longer! We’re only 30 min. drive to Choctaw Resort & Casino if you're wanting to try your luck. We also have a community beach you can fish from or just relax on only a couple blocks away & boat ramps and boat docks are close by. Right across Hwy 289 is Island View Beach where they have a lot to offer!
You'll sleep well in this large bedroom which has a comfy new King bed in the master with the 2nd bedroom having a queen bed with a full bed in the loft and in the living room the couch has a tremble that lifts up that makes the couch into a bed. In the Barn the bedroom has a queen bed with a full bed in the loft and a futon in the large room so altogether sleeps 13 people.
When you enter the front door of the house you will feel how relaxing and enjoyable the atmosphere feels in the room. There is a Ping Pong Table in the sunroom along with a desk and a dresser that hold many board games cards, coloring books with colored pencils. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience in both the house and the barn. Just walking in the front door of the barn fun explodes your way! There a full-size Pool Table and a FoosBall Table and Corn Hole, along with a 55" flat screen TV's in both places with ROKU. where you can watch your favorite shows with your streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu ect.

Both the house and the barn have fully equipped kitchens then barn doesn't have a dishwasher. In the barn the first upper cupboard by the TV is full of board games and cards. We also have corn hole in the case near the bedroom to play outside.
Looking for a marina there is Preston Bend Park, Lighthouse Marina and Little Mineral Marina within a few miles away. There are many guided tours in the area for fishing as well as dinner cruises nearby. Just a short drive to numerous liquor stores, grocery stores and restaurants.

If you don't already have a fishing license for Lake Texoma you can pick one up at any of the marina's.
There is ample parking for vehicles and trailers.
Other things to note:
The house has a air conditioning with a heat pump and the Barn is heated with electric heaters and cooled by window air conditioners.
You have access to the gas BBQ grill to grill up some yummy steak;) or a fish fry to eat up all those fish you just caught.
The kitchens are fully equipped with pots and pans, dinner wear, wine glasses, iced tea glasses, juice glasses and many utensils. Whip up a yummy breakfast smoothie in the blender or have yourself a toasted beagle or toast in the toaster. There is a coffee pot to brew that perfect cup to drink out on the back porch or on the front deck.
Island View Park: Pottsboro, Texas
Island View Park is one of the most popular day use parks at Lake Texoma. Visitors can buy day passes, make reservations, rent kayaks, and reserve shelters online. It is open from 9 a.m. to sunset, which is different in every season.
Visitors can take guided kayak tours or a beach picnic boat trip from Island View. They can host corporate events, family reunions, weddings, and more with Island View’s event planners at its event spaces. Pets are welcome on leashes. Island View does not allow firearms, fireworks, or open fires.
