This beautifully designed Brasada Ranch Guest House is the perfect spot for a small family or couple to enjoy all the amenities of Brasada Ranch and Central Oregon. With high ceilings, modern furnishings, the home feels clean, open and ready for your relaxation.

The Casita is a ten-minute walk from the main ranch house, and gives you access to all the amenities on the ranch, including indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, firepits, tennis and basketball courts, a gym/fitness center, hiking and golf. Wth two full service restaurants and a local market you'll never have to leave the Ranch. A quick drive twenty minute drive to the many restaurant options of Bend, skiing on Mt. Bachelor, multiple golf courses, and fly-fishing, kayaking, and other water sports, can give you even more of a reason to extend your vacation.

The Casita includes a spacious great room with a living room complete with a queen sofa sleeper with memory foam and a large flat-screen TV, a large dining table that dan double as work space looking out a sliding glass door to the patio, fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and a gas range. A queen bedroom and spa-like bath match the home’s clean,with plenty of storage options for a longer stay make this the perfect getaway!

Brasada Ranch amenities include: championship 18 hole Brasada Canyons Golf course; Athletic Center with amazing pools (indoor and outdoor), waterslide, hot tubs, fitness center, yoga studio, basketball courts; Spa Brasada; Equestrian Center; Ranch House for casual meals or Range Restaurant for fine dining; General Store for gourmet provisions and basic amenities; outdoor tennis courts, sand volleyball, and playground. You can do it all here, with 300+ days of sunshine per year.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home and everything on the resort except the members only Cascade Pool. Check in at the front desk to get a gate code.

The Neighborhood:
This home has a gorgeous view of the mountain range from the back patio. You are close to a lovely pond, many walking trails, and a close walk to the golf course for more stunning views. And of course, access to resort amenities! There is so much to do at Brasada itself, but even more in Central Oregon. Getting Around:
You will need a car to access Brasada Ranch, its about 20 minutes from the Redmond airport and 30 minutes to Bend. Bikes and cars are the best mode of transportation to get to the resort amenities but you can walk on the designated paths.

just a few comments
The bed was too low to the ground. Only one towel, hand towel wash cloth per person isn't enough. resort fee pretty expensive for us since we really didn't have a chance to use the pool or anything. We were there for a horse show. The listing doesn't do it justice, a very cute place.

Rental ranch house
Arriving at 4 pm to a very cold house; no heater instructions as we attempted to raise heat. Bed duvet obviously not cleaned as blood stain on cover was disgusting. Bed side lamps not working. Obvious stain on couch & shower glass door & sliding glass door to porch needed cleaning. Sparsely supplied kitchen with plates etc in cupboard high over refrigerator. I called the rental managers in Bend & they sent a maintenance employee (drive from Bend to Brasada Ranch at nite). Very good & understanding to our situation. However we called immediatedly re. heat & linen (sent duvet picture) around 5pm & maintenance arrived 7:30. Brought new cover & fixed heat. No 3way lite bulb for lamps as required but did have a one way so at least had lite while in bed.

Lovely, Clean, Perfectly located Casita!
My husband and I rented this place for a week to relax. The Casita is absolutely perfect for two people looking for a place to stay at Brasada Ranch! The property is gorgeous and the owners are super kind and friendly. Access to the ranch and amenities (pool, golf, lodge) are all walkable making the location even more optimal!! The Casita was clean and also has a bright and modern look making it feel different than just another rental house. A hidden gem of a place!!! We will be back shortly!

Lovely stay at Brasada
Had an excellent first visit to Brasada Ranch and most definitely will be back! House was very clean, short walk to main pool and restaurants (stroller friendly walk which was perfect for us). Would highly recommend this VRBO, and would just note a couple things: -adult only pool for members and hotel guests (so no 3rd party rentals) -kitchen decently stocked with cooking utensils/ dishwasher soap and laundry detergent; bring own cooking supplies like salt / pepper / olive oil if plan to cook -bathroom inside bedroom- not issue for us but if planning to have more than a couple staying would be worth knowing that -Apple maps and not google maps will get you to property Owners were home at the main house during our stay and not at all intrusive. Almost don’t want to recommend this place because don’t want to be booked all the time and we want to come back! Thank you for lovely stay.

Very nice casita for a weekend getaway. Nice patio to watch the sunset over the mountains. Nicely appointed except for the bed in the master sounded like it had a plastic cover on the mattress that was noisy when turned over.

Love Brasada Ranch
We had a wonderful time at Brasada. It is beautiful and the resort amenities are top notch. Upon arrival, I would have liked more information on how to locate/find the cabin, like an email or text with a map and driving directions. I also would have liked more information in the cabin on how to work things like the dishwasher, coffee maker, cable plus resort amenities, something like a welcome book. It also seemed like security could have been improved with a dead bolt lock that can only be locked from the inside of the cabin. The cabin is a little remote and I was a bit nervous at night with just the keypad deadbolt. We got locked out of our cabin one evening and the Property Manager in Bend was great and a very wonderful help -- but he was located more than 30+ minutes away. Being there as a single mom with two boys, I would have enjoyed a bit more increased security at the cabin, itself. The neighbors also didn't seem very happy we were there. When my sons were outside bike riding or scootering in the driveway or on the street, they got dirty looks from the neighbors. Love Brasada Ranch and we had a great time and will return, but next time will likely stay in a different cabin, closer to the resort itself.

Quick Stay at Brasada Guest House for Baseball
The guest house and property were very nice. The views are stunning and dinner at the Ranch Clubhouse was great. The cleaning crew could have done a little better job, there was a sticky mess on the floor in front of the refrigerator and some of the kitchenware was still dirty and needed to be re-cleaned. The mattress in the bedroom was shockingly uncomfortable based on the high quality of the rest of the furniture. The mattress was hard and had a plastic cover on it. Also, look out for the resort fees. We were very busy with my son's baseball games all weekend which were in Prineville and we were unable to use the facilities which required reservations to use. There is no flexibility on the charging of the resort fees which are $25 per day per person (they did note it in the ad for the place but last time we stayed they only charged it when you entered the facility to use it, I guess that changed).

Spring break with young family of four
Excellent place! We stayed five nights over Spring Break and loved it. Will go back and recommend it to a couple or small family. The bed and pull out sofa are both comfortable, our family of four fit perfect. The house has everything you need in a small space but honestly the size was just right. Tall ceilings and separate bed and big bath and laundry were great. Walking distance to lodge and pool which is all we did, went to pool and water slide everyday. A great entry place into Brasada for not too much $ per night. Also - we met the people in the main house who happen to be family of the owner and they could not be nicer. Thank you for making us feel welcome. Had a great week!

Good time seeing family that lives at Brasada
It was very nice and modern but By the time all fees are added the cost per night is almost as much as the two bedroom cabin special for summer. I am sure at other times of year the costs may be more comparable.
