Large luxury villa in central Prague

This villa is in one of Prague's premier neighbourhoods, the villa's main advantage is its size with 3 floors with over 700 m2 available to our guests with an amazing interior and facilities including outdoor seating and large bedrooms.

During your stay you will have all designated facilities just for your use, making your trip to Prague a very memorable one. With its proximity to the city centre, the villa offers you the ultimate option to enjoy the city in luxurious comfort.

The space
The house provides 3 floors to your disposal with:

1st floor is the main kitchen, dining room with fish tank, living room with piano, and library, billiard room, office and access to outdoor seating on the south side.

2nd floor contains the two-king size bedrooms with a shared large bathroom which has a shower and a bath and a winter garden with a small gym. On the same floor, there is also an en-suite room containing a double bed and a bath, with outdoor seating on a balcony. 6 people can be accommodated on the 2nd floor (3 double bedrooms).

On the top floor, you have the same size en-suite bedroom and in addition a large en-suite bedroom with a Queen size bed. This bedroom has access to a balcony which it shares with the apartment on the top floor which has its own kitchen, dining area, and living room. The apartment has a double and single bed (bunk bed - regular size) and a living room where is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. Up to 10 people can be accommodated on the entire second floor.

In total, there is room for 16 guests in the house.

Rooms come with high-quality designer fittings and furniture. All the bedrooms have ensuite facilities, and most have balcony access also. This residence was bespoke designed, the interior is of the highest standard, with hardwood flooring, and exotic wood panelling throughout. It is a truly unique and amazing space to reside while you are in Prague. The house has high ceilings, airy spaces, and the highest-quality domestic appliances, and fittings.

The villa is suited for business trips as it contains 3 different areas suited for work and a very strong Wi-Fi.

Guest access
As mentioned all 3 floors will be available to you and you only, with luxurious facilities which you probably won't have time to use all and will struggle to want to leave this luxurious house.

Other things to note
Also, we can arrange food shopping to be made before your arrival, so all snacks and drinks can and ready to be served by the time you arrive and will save you time going shopping and make your stay more enjoyable. Examples can be seen in photos towards the end of the picture collection.

Fruits, quality coffee beans, a selection of teas, bottled water and spices for cooking will be prepared for our guests as a house gift.

Infants under two years of age stay for free without claiming a bed.

The maximum capacity of the villa is 16 guests.

Extra persons who are not notified and paid cannot request accommodation in our luxury villa.

Parking place upon previous request only and it will be in our garage. Parking is paid separately. The price is 1.500,- CZK for one car for your stay.
