„We really enjoyed our stay from the very first moment. The house was clean and the interior was super nice & tasteful in every detail (including comfortable beds and very silent A/C). Also the location was very nice and quiet, but in walking distance to restaurants. The owner responded quickly to every question and was very friendly. A clear recommendation for a stay in Sedona.“

„VERY clean unit with lots of windows and light. Loved that about the house. Super comfy bed and cute bath. Heater in the living area really does heat the entire unit quite well. Kitchen was quite adequate for our needs and it was nice to have most of the space of the unit devoted to comfy sitting areas, a nice dining area, and a generous bed and closet area. We walked to the downtown quite easily from the home location and we are in our 70s. Really a perfect location for those who like to ...

„After our days of hiking and shopping, it was always a welcoming place to enjoy a quiet evening in this well appointed vacation rental. Neighborhood was always quiet day or night. The traffic was busy going to the shopping areas of Sedona 89A but we did not have much traffic in the area of the rental. We really liked the access to the hiking paths close to the rental. Also there are many restaurants close to the VRBO or eating at the well equipped kitchen at the rental. Thanks for having us! ...

„We stayed for a few days and wanted something close to central Sedona for hiking and shopping. This place was perfect! In a quiet neighborhood with great amenities and everything we needed to get a good night’s rest, with a well stocked kitchenette to heat up any leftovers or make our own food, and a nice bathroom that suited our needs. Highly recommend and would stay there again. “

„Home was functional and clean. The home itself is an older home; has the quirks of that. It’s in the perfect location and has everything you would need. Loved the makeup towels that are placed in the bathroom and the beds were comfortable. We stayed for a women’s retreat and the home worked perfectly for us. “

„Fabulous first visit to Sedona. Peggy was extremely communicative, responsive and helpful. Apartment was immaculately clean. Location was perfect, away from touristy hustle and bustle, walking distance to wonderful trailhead. Breathtaking views and sunsets from the grounds. Neighbors and locals all lovely and generous with their time. We recommend Chocolatree and Tortas de Fuego restaurants and Vortex Cafe for smoothies. My 9 year daughter wanted to stay till June. Look forward to visiting again ...
