Steps away from Wellington Beach, the Drake, Midtown Brewery and other bars, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, shops & galleries. Enjoy biking on the Millennium Trail or take a scenic drive to discover the County and its well-known wineries, breweries, and its picturesque countryside. Big enough to accommodate your boat trailer. - Enclosed back porch/Sunroom or reading room - Huge backyard with chiminea and Adirondack chairs - Large deck with gas BBQ and picnic table - “Sharing” herbs garden - Ceiling fans You are welcome to use all parts of the home except the owner’s cupboards (they will be locked). Wi-Fi is available and there is a large smart TV in the living room as well as board games, movies, and books to enjoy. Help yourself to some vegetables and herbs from the sharing garden (only seasonal). Enjoy the chiminea in the backyard.
We are located on a quiet side street, a short walk to both downtown Wellington, the beach, and the Drake Devonshire. Enjoy the quaint downtown area that features a grocery store, restaurants, cafes, bike rental, library, bank, shops, boutiques, theatre, artisan studios & galleries. It is centrally located for your holiday adventures in The County - midway between Sandbanks and North Beach provincial parks, close to numerous wineries, breweries, cideries, & distilleries. The Millennium Trail is only 300 meters away. Touring the entire County is best done with a car, however, this area is very popular with cyclists. The Millennium Trail is only 300 meters away and takes you from Carrying Place (just outside Trenton) all the way to Picton. Don’t feel like driving or cycling? There are many tour companies and taxis available in the area. Also recently URIDE (ride sharing) has been approved and is now up and driving in The County. Ask the hosts for more suggestions.
