„The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and in super condition, the bedrooms are great so everyone can enjoy some quiet time and privacy. Loads of beach gear provided, games as well. „The cottage is as described. There is no stove but it truly didn’t matter. Bed is very compfy. Shower is clean and hot. Quit neighborhood. The screened in porch is the best! Coffee and reading in the rockers. The cottage is close to everything !Thank you Don. We loved our stay.“

We had a minor plumbing issue on day 2, and our host responded immediately and rectified the problem with no interruption to our plans. AC units in each room kept us cool, despite hot, muggy weather. „Rented this awesome cabin to spend Valentines Day with spouse and friends. The cabin was more than we expected. There’s a cute bar area, tons of comfortable seating, gas fireplace, cool decorations including antique items, beautiful property, and much more. „We had a really great time at The Pearl on Marsh Island. i loved the location...the view was so beautiful. The place itself was very clean and cutely decorated. we loved the octopus on the bathroom wall!!! I also loved dealing With Seaside Vacations through the process of booking and staying there. very quick to respond and very friendly. “
