Welcome to our comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home! The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the quaint pond and relaxing brook with blackout curtains when you’d like to settle in for a nap. It’s also equipped with a walk-in closet, dressers, a queen-sized comfort-foam bed, basic fitness equipment and a window air-conditioner.
The 2nd upstairs bedroom is perfect for naptime - with blackout curtains, twin-sized bunk beds and a crib. It is also equipped with a dresser, child-sized desk and a window air-conditioner. The 3rd bedroom is downstairs and doubles as a playroom / game-room with TV. It has a fold-out futon as a sleeping surface and a window air-conditioner.
In the cold months, the house is heated with a quiet baseboard hot water system. Clothes washer and dryer are available in the basement laundry room (the remainder of the basement is unfinished and inaccessible). The house has a high-capacity water-heating system that allows for long baths and showers without worrying about feeling cool-water.
The house has a gently flowing brook on one side, a pond, and a private boardwalk to the back which leads through a small wetland and to our frontage and dock on Lewy Lake. A kayak and canoe are available for use on the pond and lake. The dock is available if you bring your boat. Lewy Lake connects with many other waterways including the St. Croix River, which serves as the international border between the United States and Canada, Big Lake, Grand Lake Stream and others. There are many opportunities for boating, diverse fishing, exploring uninhabited islands, natural areas, primitive camping and visiting nearby communities like Grand Lake Stream and Indian Township by water.
The house is located in the town of Princeton within walking distance to a traditional restaurant, park, convenience stores, grocery store, bank and churches. Public ATV / Snowmobile trails are accessible from the property without trailering. 15 minute drive to Woodland Mill.
Sadly, due to severe allergies of a member of our family, we cannot accommodate any animals inside the home.
