Es kommt mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Kabel-TV, und kostenfreiem WLAN. Wir liefern Badetücher. Es gibt einen speziellen Parkplatz, ein neu renoviertes Pool / Jacuzzi und Grillbereich, Kingsize-Bett, Ausziehcouch und eine private Veranda.
The Sandpiper ist über die Straße von einem wunderschönen 2. 1 Meile Wanderweg mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf die Berge rieselte mit Wasserfällen. Es ist um die Ecke von der Weltklasse-Princeville Golfplatz, einen kurzen Spaziergang zu vielen einsamen Stränden, nur ein Viertel der eine Meile, um Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants, und nicht weit entfernt, um viele verschiedene Arten von Abenteuern, wie die Erkundung Queens Bath, Wandern der Napali Küste, Kajak die Hanalei River, oder bei einem Spaziergang durch das Naturschutzgebiet in der Nähe des Kilauea Lighthouse.

Spacious flat in great position
The ground floor apartment or condominium is in a lovely residential location of Princeville, above the bay and amidst golf courses and wonderful nature. Good shopping facilities locally. Most restaurants, etc. are down at the bay. Parking is in a reserved slot in front of the house. Location and impression 1a! The flat itself was fully equipped and in good condition. The washing and drying facilities were great. We also had some beach equipment, which was really useful. We also used the jacuzzi early evenings at the nearby communal, spacious and well maintained pool, which was super! The condo bed was a bit soft for our liking, but we Europeans like harder beds and it may suit others. Sometimes between travels we sat for a coffee or beer on the spacious patio, which is an added private bonus. In summary, a great location, good condo and excellent price/performance. Communication with the owners was without problems and we got our deposit back. Meant thanks to the owners for using their condo.

Comfortable condo
The check-in was super easy and when I had questions they were answered almost immediately. The condo itself is very spacious and it was clean. In the kitchen we could find everything we needed and more. Can definitely recommend a stay there.

Nice little place to stay
Lots of pros to this property! The location, the property pool and hot tub, clean, well stocked, bed was comfortable enough, nice to have beach stuff available, nice to have the stand fans for those warmer nights, was thankful for the water filter. It’s a nice little space. Definitely glad we picked here to stay. If I had to point out a couple of cons the washer and dryer didn’t work properly, so we weren’t able to wash our clothes as hoped. And the bedroom pillows were lumpy and not comfortable. Other than those minor things, we really enjoyed our stay! Hope to stay again sometime!

Loved staying here! The location is stunning! Loved having a washer and dryer and the amenities for the Beach such as chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear was a bonus! The hosts were awesome and always responded promptly if we had a question!

Location and easy access to Princeville, Hanalei Bay and other scenic areas on the North Shore of Kauai were excellent. Property is dated and furniture, bathroom, balcony, etc. could benefit from some updating and deep/steam cleaning. Laundry machine was old, deeply rusted and stained. We were disturbed by the loud neighbors next door whose voices and movements could be heard in the evening and very early morning, as well as in the shower through very thin walls and doors. Good place if you just want to use it as a base for sightseeing in the area. Food court in nearby Princeville shopping center was good, but area restaurants were very crowded and need advance reservations. Overall a decent experience especially if you have kids.

Five Weeks in Paradise
We just returned home after spending 37 nights in this gem of a condo. It fulfilled all we were hoping to find at good value. The indoor/outdoor feeling you get with all the jalousie windows in the unit made it quite comfortable during our January-February stay. The lanai has really nice shade so it is a great place to enjoy sitting any time of the day. The king size bed was extremely comfortable-very good quality mattress. Any small concerns (garburator not working upon arrival) were very promptly resolved immediately by Megan’s handyman. We love the Princeville area as there are great facilities at Princeville Centre and it’s very near both Hanalei and Kilauea which we visited frequently for great meals out or just afternoon coffee or lattes. We felt the Aloha when maps in Apple CarPlay started referring to Sandpiper Village as returning to “Home” the last couple of weeks lol. Thank you very much Adam and Megan for sharing your piece of paradise with us. Mahalo

Wedding beach search
We typically stay in resorts when we travel to Hawai'i. This time we chose to try a vacation rental while searching for the perfect beach to plan our wedding. Megan's property is a cute ground-level 1 bedroom condo in a nice community of condos. All of the amenities are needed for you to stay in and cook, do laundry, or even hide from the winter rain. Megan was very easy to contact and even offered great insights to local beaches. We had a wonderful time and look forward to next year.

It started off with an easy booking and check in! We arrived and it was clean, we were able to check in a little early which helped with our bags and groceries. Princeville Paradise
The property was well maintained, and the full time residents were friendly and very informative. We felt like we were staying at a friends house in a neighborhood vs a resort, which is what we wanted. In my opinion, the location can't be beat. It's close to some great snorkel spots, close to the village of Princeville and Hanalei, just an hour from the airport. My wife and I will definitely book another, longer stay, in this quaint condo in Sandpiper village. Thank-you for having us.
