Nuisance noise is defined as being excessively loud at the property line of the nearest neighbor.”
• “Trash pickup is on Wednesday morning and the cans are to be put out no earlier than Tuesday at noon and put away no later than Wednesday evening”
• “Vehicles must be parked with all wheels of the vehicle on the driveway.
For safety purposes, the first two (2) feet of the driveway from the road asphalt must
remain clear. At no time should a car or its contents extend into the roadway.
These requirements are in force at any time day or night.”
