Der Townhome-Komplex von Nihilani befindet sich im weltberühmten Princeville Resort auf der Garteninsel Kauai. Das Haus liegt in einer Wohngegend auf einer herrlichen Klippe zwischen den Bergen und dem Meer.

DER RAUM
Das Gerät verfügt über 1.600 Quadratmeter Wohnzimmer / Esszimmer / Küche / Schlafzimmer / Schlafzimmer 2 / Den-Familienzimmer-Schlafzimmer 3 / 2. 5 Bäder / 2 Lanais / 2-PKW-Garage.

Das Gerät ist günstig gegenüber dem Pool / Jacuzzi / Barbecue Erholungsgebiet entfernt. Das Gerät ist eines der am nächsten zum Schwimmbad Eingang in der gesamten Anlage.

AUSSTATTUNG
Das Haus ist voll möbliert, mit brandneuen Fußböden, die vor kurzem im ganzen Haus verlegt wurden, und 4 digitalen Flachbildfernsehern (einer in jedem Zimmer). Spectrum-Kabel-TV ist im Erdgeschoss verfügbar. WIFI-Internet mit starkem Signal ermöglicht den Zugriff überall im Haus mit einer Geschwindigkeit von bis zu 200 MBit / s. Alle Fernseher sind Roku-fähig. Bringen Sie einfach Ihr Netflix / Hulu-Konto oder das Konto einer beliebigen Medien-App mit, um Ihre Lieblingsfilme / -fernseher / -musik zu streamen.

Die Einheit Erdgeschoss, ein tolles Raumkonzept von Wohnzimmer / Esszimmer / Küche bietet eine einladende und gemütliche familiäre Atmosphäre. Während Sie das komfortable Wohnzimmer genießen, werden Sie auch mit einem Blick auf den Wasserfall (am Eingang des Windham Resorts) verwöhnt, der eine angenehme Kulisse bietet, als würden Sie neben einem Gebirgsbach wohnen. Der Wasserfall ist nachts ruhig. Ein spektakulärer Blick auf eine wunderschöne Reihe von Mangrovenbäumen ist auch von den Fenstern des Wohnzimmers und von Lanai (siehe Fotos) zu sehen. Ein bequemer Loungesessel im Wohnzimmer lädt zum Fernsehen, Musikhören oder Lesen von Büchern ein.

Küchenarbeitsplatte aus massivem Granit schafft eine pflegeleichte Umgebung. Ofen / Mikrowelle / Kühlschrank / Spülmaschine und Essgeschirr sind für alle Ihre Kochbedürfnisse. Aufsatzkaffeemaschine, Toaster und Mixer sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Checken Sie in frisch bezogene Betten ein - ein Kingsize-Bett im MBR, ein Doppelbett im 2. Schlafzimmer und das 3. Schlafzimmer in einer offenen Höhle, in der sich zwei Einzelbetten befinden, die zu einem Kingsize-Bett aufklappen können. Schlaf bis zu 6. Der MBR, das Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer verfügen alle über einen Deckenventilator. Im MBR und im 2. Schlafzimmer sind brandneue, hochwertige und komfortable Matratzen installiert. Daybed Zwei-Zwillinge-Matratze ist wie neu.

Zwei Badezimmer haben Badewanne und Dusche mit verstellbaren Massageduschköpfen. MBR hat ein Doppelwaschbecken und eine ovale Wanne. Ein halbes Badezimmer befindet sich ebenfalls in der Nähe des Wohnzimmers und der Küche.

Sie haben Platz für 1 Auto in der Garage. Erkundigen Sie sich bei uns nach zusätzlichen Parkplätzen, je nach Verfügbarkeit. Darüber hinaus befinden sich 3 Gästeparkplätze (2 für 15 Minuten, 1 für 6 Stunden) gegenüber unserer Garage vor dem Pooleingang.

In der Garage finden Sie Strandspielzeug für die Kleinen, Schnorchel- / Schwimmausrüstung, Boogiebretter, Strandkühler und Strandstühle. Zwei Fahrräder (Herren und Damen) sorgen für Fahrspaß. Es gibt einen Fahrrad- / Fußgängerweg, der bis zum Einkaufszentrum Princeville oder in Richtung Ocean Bluff führt, um den Sonnenuntergang über Bali Hai zu genießen.

In der Garage stehen Wäsche- / Wäscheleinen zum Austrocknen von Strandtüchern und nassen Badeanzügen zur Verfügung. In der Waschküche befindet sich ein Abstellregal, in dem trockene Strandtücher für den schnellen Zugriff aufbewahrt werden.

Es gibt Brett- und Kartenspiele für die Familie. Im Untergeschoss / Familienzimmer. Ein Pack 'n Play (Play Pen) für die Kleinen ist verfügbar.

DIE NACHBARSCHAFT
Der Princeville Resort-Standort in Nihilani wurde ausgewählt, um alle Annehmlichkeiten eines Weltklasse-Resorts zu bieten - Spa, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Championship-Golfplätze. Nihilani ist eine der jüngsten Eigentumswohnungen an der Nordküste von Kauai und wurde 2006 erbaut. Die Bodenlandschaften sind sehr gut gepflegt und haben wahrscheinlich die attraktivste Landschaft aller Eigentumswohnungskomplexe im Erholungsgebiet von Princeville. Wonderful for families!
We had a great stay. Lots of space for our family with four people, 2 adults and 2 kids. Great resources, washer and dryer! Extra sheets and towels and even some beach toys. Close to the pool for afternoon swims. Great location in Princeville. We walked around the area and easy drives to local spots. Quiet and clean!!

Great place - We'd book again!
Nice proximity to the awesome pool (it's right next to it) made this a wonderful spot for us, since we'd spend a lot of time there when not at the beach. Big grills and a kitchen area by the pool for making food came in really handy. Big condo with plenty of room for a family. Having 2.5 bathrooms was great for getting everyone ready in a reasonable amount of time. Clean place with plenty of extra sheets and pillows for everyone.

Great location and pool, hot lower rooms.
We had a lovely 10 days in this unit with our family of four. The pool, literally across the street, was incredible. We used the pool BBQ area 4-5 times to avoid heating up the condo which was smart. The place is spacious with room to spread out. The upper level gets good trade winds even in heat, although two windows are broken, and should be fixed to maximize wind flow. The lower bedroom’s screen door was rickety and broken and couldn’t be locked at night, leading to a stuffy sleep experience. Overall, we enjoyed it, but the lower level really can’t cool down effectively or comfortably for hotter days even with fans. That said, the upper master bedroom was lovely and cool. Kitchen well equipped.

Great location on a beautiful island
Let’s start with the positives: this location is right across from the HOA pool that also has gas grills available for residents. We loved grilling our burgers there and eating poolside. It’s so easy to load everything up, walk out the front door of the VRBO and walk right into the pool. The guest suite in the house is large and the bed is comfy. The other "king" bed in the house is actually a twin day bed with a trundle. It is in the family room...no closet. But there is also a bedroom with a double bed on the same level, and it has a closet. It worked out fine for us--we have two teenage daughters, who slept on the daybed and trundle, and one teenage son who slept on the double bed. The beach towels and chairs were nice to have for frequent visits to the beach (Hanalei Beach was our favorite for suntanning and playing in the waves; Anini Beach is better for snorkeling but the water is not very deep over the coral). The home could use more bath towels. More beach towels would be great but there were only 5 or 6 bath towels in a home designed to sleep 5 or 6 people. We also appreciated having a garage door opener we could take with us in the rental car when we went places. I set a reminder on my phone to leave it in the VRBO when we checked out. The A/C does not work. We are used to tropical climates, so we kept some windows open and used the many fans to keep air circulating throughout the house. It worked for us, but may not work for others.

Great condo in a great area of Kauai
My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The condo was very spacious for our family of 5, very clean, and nicely decorated. I can't even find a complaint. Michael was great to work with and very helpful. Next time we come to Kauai, we are definitely going to try and stay here again.

This location has a fun layout on different levels. I noticed a pack n play that would work well for younger kids. This location is directly across from the pool and our family enjoyed using the pool area bbq as well as swimming and enjoying the hot tub! There are smart TVs in every room and the laundry is easy to operate. There is a range of coolers, bags, chairs, and snorkeling gear in the garage. The kitchen has a great mix of bowls and cooking needs. We did t lack for anything! Would love to stay again as it fit our family so well!

Phenomenal location, but would not stay again.
It was a nice place overall. Location was phenomenal. However, I wish I had read the reviews more closely. I would have stayed elsewhere. There is no AC and has not been for years. When I selected this specific VRBO, there were several others available even in the same complex. We chose this one because proximity to pool and the extra things including the bikes (which were not included in the end) and snorkel gear. It was just too hot in the condo. Instead of them being excited and thankful for a great trip, the entire trip was overshadowed by the discomfort whenever we were in the condo. There were fans and this helped some. But the logic of the tradewinds breaks down pretty fast. We weren’t going to sleep with the door open in the master bedroom to enable that pass-through breeze. We did leave the windows open, but that was a double-edged sword. The blinds are prohibited from being down and closed if the window is open which means the two neighbor condos look in just 10-15’ away and see us. The light was never blocked out in exchange for some breeze. Any noise was coming in from activity by the pool, maintenance, and traffic. Any intimacy is either done with windows open and privacy diminished or an even hotter room. Sleep was disturbed as the sun came up and activity picked up. Use of the kitchen created more heat deterring us from wanting to use the kitchen. For the price, I would have much rather booked somewhere else with AC. There’s no intention of getting AC fixed.

Deceptive listing
We have been returning to this condo development just about every year since 2008. Prior to staying here and after several stays in un-air conditioned places, we were delighted to find a development where the units were built with central air. You can't always depend on tradewinds to keep cool. When searching for a unit in this development to rent this year, we didn't even think to look to see that a/c was listed as an amenity. This unit has none. Fortunately the temperatures were pleasant and the tradewinds sufficient during our stay to be fairly comfortable. If air conditioning is a requirement, this is not the place to stay. Bikes are listed as amenities, but they are locked up and only for the owners. The two lanai are very narrow (maybe 4ft wide, wide enough for one small chair) and have a louvered railing maybe 3.5 ft tall restricting any view beyond the railing. The only time we sat outside was at the pool. The kitchen is well stocked with table and drink ware, utensils and cookware. Everything you'll need can be found at the nearby grocery and shopping center. On the positive side, when one of the smoke detectors started chirping, the property manager sent someone over quickly to remove it. I guess they intend to put it back up after we left, because no one ever returned with a working smoke detector. This is not the floorplan if you're traveling with small children since the main bedroom is upstairs and the other sleeping spaces are down. It was fine for us since...

This is a very comfortable condo/complex. The neighborhood is a little generic but the condo is a 25 minute walk to the stores in Princeville Center and right across from the pool. The bikes pictured in the garage are not available for use and you'll need to buy your own toilet paper, paper towel and detergent as there is really only enough for about 4 days.

Nice place
The place was clean, and well maintained. The garage wouldn't fit a long vehicle but it was just fine for a 4 for car! The only thing that detracts from the place is the air condition situation. I'm from a place that is cold and dry. The temperature and humidity made it hard for me to get good sleep. The beach chairs and snorkeling gear were a nice extra! Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Nice and clean unit
We rented this unit for a week to work remote and take care of personal business in Princeville. Super nice property and quiet neighborhood. The unit is in between 2 others and faces the street, which has relatively low traffic. Unit was well stocked and is a split level, so there is a bedroom and living space on each floor. The key item to be aware when selecting this property, and is detailed in the notes from the owner, the AC is not active and relies on the ‘trade winds’ and portable fans to keep the place cool. Princeville in general has a milder climate than the rest of Kauai, however, it can still get hot and muggy and be a bit uncomfortable even with all the fans going full speed. The unit does have some cross ventilation on the upper floor, but is non-existent on the lower. We were able to be comfortable, but required a lot of fan power. We thank the owner for accommodating our request for an extra day. However, the main reason we do not rate this as a 5 was early on communication from the owner in regards to a neighbors complaint. I will save the details and reveal that it was a miscommunication between the property manager and himself (compliant was from the prior tenants), however, we did not appreciate the assumptions that took place and the lack of research before making the accusations. Overall, if you are going to be out and about during the day, the location, pool close by and neighborhood makes for a good selection.

Fantastic location
The unit is well designed and is perfect for 2-4 people. There were some mechanical and appliance issues that needed to be addressed but they were minor. The host had added some nice features ( bikes , beach chairs, snorkel gear etc, )and that was a very nice touch !

Amazing stay!
Property was just as advertised. Group of 4 women who went on a girls trip to Kauai for a week and this unit was the perfect size for us. The pool was amazing! Check in and out process was simple! Thanks for the hospitality!

Exactly what we were dreaming of!
This condo was in a great location in Princeville. It had perfect proximity to the pool area, plenty of space for a family, all the kitchen tools (if you want to cook), a private garage well stocked with beach gear, and was a close drive to amazing beaches. We appreciated use of the gear and bikes. We would definitely stay there again!

Too Hot for Us
The owner describes the condo well. We found it to be clean and most of the items noted were correct. I realize it's hard to find good local help but it was a pain when we didn't have a working hair dryer or coffee grinder till the local contact could deliver them several days later. When she did deliver the new coffee grinder we had to stick a knife in it to make it work. Light bulbs are missing to minimize electric bills and the AC wasn't turned on at all during our visit. I understood it would be owner controlled but it wasn't on at all! When you arrive to a hot condo at mid-night it's rough. Yes, it cools down in the evening but not enough to sleep comfortably. I understand some may abuse the AC, that's not us. We will not be returning to this location because of the lack of AC. We managed but not without some frustration and sleepless nights.
