„We had such a nice little vacation here! The house is beautiful and well appointed—Patti even decorated it lavishly for Mardi Gras. We loved the location because we could go off in all directions to find things to do and fabulous restaurants. Only one tiny suggestion: the beautiful bathtub is very slippery and dangerous for getting out—it could use a nonslip pad or strips and something to grab when exiting the bath. Patti was attentive to our every need, just the best host ever!“

Loved strolling the grounds near the Vermilion and bird watching in all the beautiful trees. The house itself was well appointed with everything we needed. It was 21 degrees while we were there, so we especially appreciated the space heaters. Hosts were communicative and helpful. Would totally stay here again. “

„We enjoyed every moment at the very special Blue House. Being equipped with all modern amenities, it still maintains its antique and historic character. The Downtown area and many good restaurants (we very much liked the “Bon temps Grill’) are in walking distance, so we explored most of the area on foot. Not far away there’s a natural habitat (Lake Martin, where we went on a beautiful swamp tour) and the nice little town of Breaux Bridge, worth being visited. We would definitely stay again at ...
