Schöne neu renovierte 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Wohnung direkt am Meer in der schönen und unberührten Northwest Point Resort. Die Schönheit dieses Resorts ist die Ruhe und Privatsphäre, die Sie von dem Moment Ihrer Ankunft an spüren. Es ist gut von den Massen der Grace Bay entfernt, aber nur eine kurze Autofahrt von allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Das Resort liegt auf einem 15 Hektar großen Grundstück neben dem National Marine Park und dem Naturschutzgebiet, eine 15-minütige Fahrt vom internationalen Flughafen Providenciales, Lebensmittelgeschäften und Restaurants in Grace Bay entfernt. Ab dem Moment Ihrer Ankunft im Northwest Point Resort spüren Sie das Gefühl der Abgeschiedenheit. Sie sind oft die Einzigen am Strand oder am Pool. Es gibt ein großartiges Gefühl der Privatsphäre, aber es ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Während Sie in der Grace Bay bei Action und Trubel sein können, ist Vista Del Mar für diejenigen gedacht, die dem Trubel entfliehen und die Schönheit der Insel genießen möchten. Der Strand in beide Richtungen ist ein großartiger Naturspaziergang, bei dem kaum die Möglichkeit besteht, jemanden zu sehen.

Vista Del Mar ist eine Ocean Front-Einheit mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern im zweiten Stock. Es wurde vor kurzem mit allen neuen importierten Fliesenböden renoviert, komplett renovierte Custom-Küche mit Quarz-Arbeitsplatten. Alle neuen Badezimmer mit Glasduschtüren und alle neuen Fliesen und Armaturen. Der Balkon verfügt über zwei schöne Tische in Pub-Höhe auf dem Doppelbalkon, um die atemberaubende Aussicht zu genießen. Vista Del Mar Strandtücher mit Monogramm. Ein zusätzlicher Reinigungsservice ist auf Anfrage zu einem angemessenen Preis verfügbar. Das Northwest Point Resort liegt am Ende des Millenium Highway gleich hinter Blue Hills. Ein Auto wird empfohlen, um die gesamte Insel und die zahlreichen lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Ein neuer LED-Wandfernseher mit 65-Zoll-Flachbildschirm und alle neuen Möbel. Beide Gästezimmer haben an der Wand montierte Flachbildfernseher und der Ocean View Master hat ein neues Kingsize-Bett. Alle neuen Edelstahlgeräte in der Küche!

A LITTLE SLICE OF HEAVEN
This beautiful home is stylish and clean and just what two burnt out New Yorkers needed at the end of winter. The seating in the main room is really comfortable, and we slept very well in the master bedroom with the sound of gentle waves lulling us to deep dreams. The kitchen is well-appointed and lacked for nothing. The layout is both cozy and luxuriously expansive in just the right way. We really enjoyed the views from the lanai in the early morning, where we sipped on coffee and watched the dawn light warm up the ocean. I recommend bringing a pair of binoculars so you can watch herons, pelicans and tiny doves up close. The beach is right there and so very relaxing. I beach-combed for pretty shells and really enjoyed the natural rugged beauty of the waters in the region. It rained heavily one day, and we had a front row seat to Mother Nature's event. Our host, Hal, was extremely responsive regarding a few questions we had (I was wondering what was biting me, and he cleared the mystery for me: no-see-ums that live in the dry seaweed on the beach - they don't bother everyone, in fact my husband didn't get one bite). I felt security was good and everything on the relaxed compound felt very secure and safe. I really don’t want to let everyone know how wonderful this place is, because I would really like to keep it as a secret, but we do very much look forward to returning. You will love your stay here. PS: Make sure to bring groceries / spices / spirits where you can....food and liquor prices are outrageous on the island.

Amazing stay!
Beautiful ocean front condo- lost of space for everyone, with the all the amenities and comfort of home. 2 King beds, 3 TVs, washer/ dryer. Every conceivable kitchen gadget, cocktail glasses (stemware, stemless) plastic tumbler, beach towels, beach bags- spare sun lotions, honestly everything has been thought of. Lots of seating at the private beach. Never had a problem finding a lounger at the pool. This is a secluded & quiet resort, which is what we love and why we come. This is our second time at this property. Hal- the condo owner, is a doll, very responsive, and first class! We’ll be back again.

This was a great space for my family. We spent a week enjoying the beach and pool, very quiet resort and grounds were very well kept. Secluded paradise!
We were extremely pleased with our experience in this condo. The furnishings and décor were so beautiful. The condo was very spacious- plenty of room in the den to hang out. Everything was in working order. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need. Appliances were very nice quality. The entire condo was so clean, I felt like we were the first occupants! The beds were very comfortable, so much so that I didn’t want to leave the bed! We appreciate both beds being king size. We appreciated the nice touches- large soft cooler bag, large beach bags, etc. We loved the ocean view through both the master room patio and den patio. Everything was as promised. Hal (the owner) was very responsive and helpful! We would definitely consider staying at this condo again. The resort was also very beautiful and clean. We loved the pool area, boardwalk to beach, beautiful flowers throughout. The pool and beach rarely had more than a couple of other families. The resort was very quiet and secluded; however, be aware the resort is a good 25 minutes to most other places. We didn’t mind though- the difference in price was well worth it in our opinion. We also walked all the way to the NW Point (national park)- bring water- it’s a long hike but worth the view!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It is beachfront and you can sit on the balcony and take it all in. At night we left the windows open so we could hear the small waves roll in. Beautiful place!
Loved the villa. Lovely and beautifully updated. Not being familiar with Turks and Caicos and the various areas, i was not aware of the area. I was a little scared when the highway ends and you continue on the dirt road. So...I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It was a little windy the week we were there, and we could not sit on the beach, which was disappointing, but we loved the pool. We also visited a couple of beach areas that were a little more protected from the winds. We highly recommend the property.

Northwest Point is beautiful.
The condo was perfect. Everything clean and spotless. Beach bags to use, lots of sunscreen, shampoos, etc., etc. The kitchen was great. We never cooked in, but enjoyed having such a beautiful kitchen just the same. The views from the deck are wonderful and the breezes are great. This is the one of the nicest condos we have stayed at using VRBO! We gave it a 5 star!
Absolutely stunning property that does not disappoint. Interior is gorgeous and Hal has taken the utmost care in assuring his guests are comfortable. We spent 10 luxurious days enjoying the islands and beaches and each night we consistently said we loved coming back to the serenity of the condo at NorthWest Point! We loved Hal’s book of advice and checked out his recommendations on beaches and restaurants! Eddie cooked us a few excellent meals at the onsite restaurant... and we did utilize the outside grills! There was one incident one night when we came home, the condo above us had some sort of hot water heater leak and it was coming into our condo. We notified Charles (Propery Manager) he was on it right away. Nancy the housekeeper was there as well. This was at 10 pm at night. They were all over the issue and took care of the situation ASAP! Really a special place and we most certainly will return. Best kept secret in Turks & Caicos! Thanks Hal!

This Condo was beautiful! So relaxing and right on the water!
We loved the fact it was off the beaten path away from the busy areas. We went out during the day exploring then came back to Condo for dinners. We aren’t party people so this place was perfect! The drive into town wasn’t far and so easy to do. This was by far my favorite place I’ve been to and we’ve been to several places in the Caribbean. The waters are unlike anything else I’ve ever seen! And being able to stay In such a beautiful Condo was icing on the cake! We will be returning for sure!

Gated Intimate Resort with Stunning Views of Ocean
Vista Del Mar has everything you could possible need and then some. It is extremely well stocked and furnished, all you need to pick up from the store is food and drinks. The unit is a home away from home and was clean and inviting. The views from the balconies were breathtaking and we constantly had a nice ocean breeze when doors and windows were open. We only needed the a/c for sleeping at night. We walked the beach daily in the morning before driving into town. We had drinks and lunch at the resort from Eddie...he made amazing fish tacos! The IGA in town has anything you may need to purchase for meals you may want to make at the condo. Our top places on Providenciales for the best food and most importantly "customer service" was #1 Chinson's Grill Shack (food and drinks were fantastic but the owner and staff made us feel so welcome.) #2 Somewhere Bar & Restaurant at Coral Gardens Resort (we had a breakfast and dinner both there and again the food, drinks, owner and staff couldn't be complemented more) #3 Shark Bite (and once again great food, drinks and customer service) We did have drinks and food at other locations on the island but these 3 definitely deserve 5 star ratings!!! Taylor Bay is a very secluded and gorgeous place to go wading or swimming with very shallow and clear water. Also, Sapodilla Bay Beach is a picturesque, pristine, white sand beach which is great for wading, swimming, paddle-boarding and other water sports. Umbrellas & chairs, food and water equipment may be rented here. We had a wonderful afternoon of paddle boarding on this beach. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful retreat after a day mingling with the crowds, Vista Del Mar is for you! A little out of the way, but so worth the tranquility & beauty of the place!

Fantastic, 5 star accommodations!
My wife and I had an incredible 25th anniversary trip and this condo exceeded our expectations. In addition to the great place to stay, there were so many extras along the way that made this trip easy and care free, from sunscreen, to beach chairs and coolers, to allowing us to check out a little later in the day. The house had everything we could possibly need. Due to the warm ocean breezes coming off of the water, we didn’t need to use the AC once. Northwest Point Resort was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay, which was exactly why we chose this location. Our trip to Turks and Caicos was amazing...if you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Great Trip!
We have been to Turks and Caicos many times, and always stayed on Grace Bay. This time, we decided to try something new and stay out at Northwest Point. We are so pleased with our decision. This condo is perfect for a couple or family. It is directly oceanfront, with a long balcony. The condo had all we needed for our stay, including beach towels, snorkel equipment, beach bags and many, many more things. It is obvious that the owner has taken good care, as the unit is very well maintained. The furniture and appliances look new, and we never had any problems. We knew that Northwest Point is a bit away from the crowds and a drive to the hub of the island. This is exactly what we wanted. If you are the type that needs to be in the middle of the action, and have constant nightlife, this may not be the place for you. Thanks for sharing your condo. We will definitely return.

Beautiful condo with priceless, up-close view of the beach. Having your morning tea or evening beverage on the balcony is a vacation itself. A very short walk to both the beach and the heated pool, so much so that we would just walk back, make a sandwich for lunch and return to the beach or pool, no need to pack a lot up for the day. There was never a problem getting a chair on the beach or at the pool unlike other island resorts we have travelled to. The ocean has sea grass but we were able to swim around it and find our own pockets of perfect water to float all our cares away in. We traded the beaches at Grace Bay that have no sea grass for the peaceful remoteness and tranquility at this hidden gem and would do it again. Travel by car is quick to Grace Bay, restaurants, grocery store, etc. The only problem we had was that we had to leave! Can't wait to return.

Piece of paradise!!!!!!
Condo was everything we'dhoped for and more!! Northwest Point is the perfect blend of both worlds....gorgeous beach, great pool, beautiful grounds....and quiet. This condo had a million dollar view.....we watched pelicans diving every morning. Fell asleep to tropical breezes and sound of waves every night. And condo itself was beautiful and comfortable! We loved it!!!!!
