Spektakuläre Ocean Front 3 BR - Ruhige 2nd FL End-Unit mit Wrap-Around-Balkon.

Die Villa Renaissance ist eine kleine Boutique-Wohnanlage mit 36 Wohneinheiten, die von italienischer Architektur inspiriert ist. Unser Endgerät in der zweiten Etage, 2.066 SF, verfügt über vollständig abgeschirmte Glasschiebetüren, die einen Panoramablick auf Grace Bay Beach bieten.

Ein großzügiger Wohnbereich bietet Platz für Familien und Gäste mit bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Unterhaltungsschrank mit HD-TV. Die Küche ist komplett mit Granitplatten, Edelstahlgeräten und einer Frühstückstheke ausgestattet. Für einen formelleren Abend bietet der Esstisch Platz für acht Personen.

Unser geräumiger, umlaufender Balkon ist vom Wohnzimmer aus oder durch französische Türen im Esszimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer zugänglich. Trinken Sie Ihren Kaffee und erleben Sie den Sonnenaufgang bequem von unseren Teakholz-Gartenmöbeln aus.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem eigenen Bad und einer Badewanne. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, die auf Wunsch leicht in ein Kingsize-Bett umgewandelt werden können, und ein komplettes Bad. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett mit Vollbad in der Halle. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit HD-Flachbildfernsehern ausgestattet. Master-Schlafzimmer hat eine Tastatur im Schrank sicher. Ein Queen-Schlafsofa befindet sich im Wohnzimmer.

Unsere Wohnung ist voll klimatisiert und enthält in der Einheit Wi-Fi. Alle Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind zusätzlich mit Deckenventilatoren ausgestattet. Für Ihre Bequemlichkeit ist eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in der Einheit zur Verfügung. Tägliche Reinigung und Strandtücher inklusive.

Die Villa Renaissance liegt im Herzen von Grace Bay, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von zahlreichen Restaurants, Bars, Geschäften und einem Lebensmittelgeschäft entfernt. Während Sie kein Auto benötigen, erhalten Sie bei Grace Bay Car Rentals auf der anderen Straßenseite eine Ermäßigung von 10% für Gäste der Villa Renaissance.

Der Mosaikpool wurde neu renoviert und mit einem kühlenden Whirlpool, einer Poolbar und Möbeln ausgestattet. Trainieren und entspannen Sie auf dem beleuchteten Tennisplatz, im klimatisierten Fitnesscenter und im Teona Spa.

A Great Stay in Turks and Caicos
The Villa Renaissance is a wonderful property that is ideally situated on Grace Bay. Villa Renaissance has the conveniences of a large property (pool-side food, bar, hot tub) yet the “feel” of a boutique hotel. We never felt crowded at the beach or pool.The second floor 3-bedroom is one of those places where the actual views and accommodations far exceed the pictures and descriptions you will use to make your decision.The amenities for the 3-bedroom Unit and the resort property were perfect for our multigenerational group ranging from ages 1 to 64. Michael is a very responsive owner and his onsite property management team quickly answered our questions and helped to make our stay very enjoyable.I highly recommend Villa Renaissance and the 3 bedroom accommodation.

Simply gorgeous!
Lovely place for our family to stay! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo provided an abundance of space for our family get together and the views and accessibility to the gorgeous Grace Bay Beach were incredible! Fully stocked kitchen, loved having the stackable washer/dryer in the condo, quiet surroundings, and full service cleaning service every day along with concierge service. We felt quite spoiled! We opted not to rent a car as everything is within walking distance and bicycles are provided as well. The pool and hottub, along with the beach, were every day hang outs - our 2 year old granddaughter loved "swimming" every day! The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family looking to vacation in Turks & Caicos!

Great views, great place, great host
This was our first visit to T&C, and we already want to go back. The host was communicative and helpful all throughout our planning and our stay, and we couldn't have asked for a better home base for our visit. We took our three teenage kids with us, and it was the perfect amount of space for everyone. The unit is exactly as it looks in the photos - super clean, amazing views, and very close to everything you could need. There is a shopping center right across the street, as well as multiple restaurants. The area is convenient and clean, doesn't feel overly commercialized. We only needed a car for the airport and for our day trip to the marina for an excursion. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Renaissance ! We stayed in Michael’s unit 208 and the place had everything we needed and the view was absolutely beautiful! The condo we stayed in was amazing!!! It was within walking distance for grocery store, shopping, restaurants and souvenir shops. The beach view was gorgeous as well. We had our own beach front area with chairs and umbrellas set up daily. Also had a bar available for great drinks!!! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had encouraged us to book all excursions thru them. As well as Taxi to and from airport. Some of the drivers there were not up to par. Aside from that we would absoultley stay with Villia Rennisance and Mike Michaels 150%!!!!!

Unforgettable Paradise
You won’t regret booking this beautiful condo. We had an amazing time and will be returning! The view of the beach from the wrap around balcony is gorgeous! It was so convenient to be so close to the beach and the pool we could run back up and grab anything we had forgotten. The pool bar made really good Pina Coloadas and they were so nice to bring our drinks and food down to the beach to us! This is the luxury of a resort without the crowds. The shops, restaurants, and grocery store were all within walking distance. We loved waking up early and getting iced coffee and donuts at Turkberry right across the street. The condo itself is so spacious and you’ll have everything you could need. 10 out of 10!

The best spot in Grace Bay
This was our second time staying in Unit 208 and our fourth time at Villa Renaissance. I've already booked it for next year. The pool/beach/staff/location is just perfect. It is the most tranquil spot on Grace Bay but a 5 min walk to all of the best restaurants (~15 min to Coco Bistro!) and the bustling nightlife scene at the Ritz. My kids (2, 5) spent 8 hours a day at the pool and beach. It is so wonderful to be able to quickly pop back into the room when needed. Can't imagine staying anywhere else on Grace Bay.

Great location on Grace Bay!
Our family had a great time staying in this condo! The view from the condo is amazing and the beach area is clean and beautiful with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The beach attendant was very helpful and can even help you book a parasailing, snorkeling or jet ski adventure. The best part was the location. Everything was a short walk away. (grocery store, multiple restaurants and shops, Ritz casino, donut shop, coffee houses, pizza place etc.) we especially loved getting coffee from Lemon2Go, açaí bowls from Crest and Berry and dinner at Seven and Coco Bistro!! We can’t wait to return to the Turks and Caicos!!

A perfect place in paradise
My family had the best week in this unit on Grace Bay. The location couldn’t be better. No need to rent a car as everything you need is within walking distance. The view of Grace Bay is breathtaking. The pools/common areas/beach area were not crowded at all. At times, it can feel like you have Grace Bay all to yourself. The unit is well stocked to accommodate your daily needs. The Villa Renaissance staff were great and very accommodating throughout our stay. Michael was a great host and provided a tons of helpful info prior to us arriving. We went into the vacation with high expectations and it lived up to it in every way.

Great stay at Villa Renaissance in Turks and Caicos!
We feel very lucky to have discovered this unit at the Villa Renaissance in Turks and Caicos. We couldn't be happier with our whole experience. We traveled with our teenage boys and parents and loved the view/space Villa 208 offered. The unit had everything we needed and more. Between the pool, hot tub, easy access to the beach and shops; we were as busy as we wanted to be. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We have rented from others and none measure up to the hospitality that we received with Mike. We had a late return flight, and was able to stay later so we wouldn't be stranded at the airport for hours with nothing to do. Would definitely recommend!

Property was great! Bar staff so nice, pool area clean, area to beach clean, room was perfect/cleaning staff was great! If there was one mild negative, beach set up guy, offered no help, felt like we were bothering him to set chairs up but obviously worked hard cleaning it up at the end of the day!
