Some concerns regarding plumbing came up upon check-in, but the management team was incredible and addressed all our concerns quickly and thoroughly and remained in close communication. The house is perfect for large groups as it has many little sitting areas to disperse into and the direct beach access means you don't need to drive anywhere to get killer ocean access.
