West End Studio im Waterfront-Gebäude

Wir laden Sie in unser sonniges Studio in Jones Locker ein, mit Parkplätzen im West End, das als beliebtester Abschnitt der Commercial Street bekannt ist. Kürzlich renoviert mit Schlafnische, neuer Küche und Mini-Split-Klimaanlage. Sie können Ihren Morgenkaffee auch auf dem großen gemeinsamen Deck am Wasser genießen! Unser Studio im zweiten Stock liegt zur Commercial Street und Ihr Garten ist die Bucht. Sommermieten (Juni-September) sind Samstag bis Samstag.

Samsung Smart TV mit digitalem Kabel, Bose Soundtouch-Musiksystem, Apple TV, WLAN in der Einheit, voll ausgestattete Kommode und Garderobe. Dieses einzigartige Studio befindet sich in der 2. Etage und bietet einen Blick auf die Aktivitäten in der Commercial Street. Sie können den Blick auf die Bucht auch von der großen Gemeinschaftsterrasse auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes genießen.

Große gemeinsame Terrasse, Zugang zum Strand an der Bucht und Waschküche mit Münz-Waschmaschine / Trockner.

Ein privater Parkplatz für ein Auto befindet sich in Gehweite der Unterkunft.

A little piece of heaven
This was our third year in row of staying here, Kevin and Tony are great hosts. They are always fast to reply and very helpful. The property is located in a great part of town, step out your door, the sand and ocean can be in your toes or a short walk to all the restaurants, bars and shops. We love it and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else !

i truly enjoyed my stay in this studio apartment. kevin and tony are easily the most warm, responsive hosts i have come across -- they always responded immediately when i messaged them with questions about my stay at their home. the studio is bright and sunny, it was spotlessly clean, and it is far enough from downtown to be quiet but close enough for an easy walk. i definitely recommend both the studio and the hosts!

Another Great Stay from a Repeat Guest
This was our second stay here, and it was an ideal place for us to work remotely from for 2 weeks in our favorite vacation destination. Located in the historic West End, nearly midway between great dining at Sal's Place and The Red Inn, the condo is also steps above a shared deck with a panoramic view of Provincetown Harbor, bike racks, and a convenient staircase down to the sand for walks on the beach and through the exposed tidal flats during low tide. The studio condo is compact but, just as we found during our first stay, has everything we needed for enjoyment with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen, and it's clean and airy with 5 windows providing lots of natural light & cross breezes. Since we drove up on this trip, we were glad it includes an off-street parking space. It's a great property, Kevin & Tony are tremendously responsive with their personal attention, and I highly recommend it.

Just what we needed.
We were in one rental for our first week, and then found Kevin and Tony's place for our second. For a short stay, this place is a dream! Awesome Place in Magical PTown
VRBO only allows max five-star ratings. Perhaps they should change that because this property gets SIX stars in my book! I highly recommend this host and property. Communication was very clear and helpful (with much-appreciated extra communication on MA Covid travel requirements); check in was easy and accommodating; the place is wonderfully clean and appointed; and the location is amazing - on the quieter west end perfectly located for easy access to the center of town in one direction and the breakwall, beaches & bike trails in the other direction.

Perfect place for 2 in Provincetown
When we arrived we found the property to be exactly as pictured and described. The space was absolutely spotless and afforded plenty of room for 2 people. The kitchen was appointed nicely. Access to the deck and being so close to the water made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Location provides easy access to Commercial street and all of Provincetown. Fantastic, well designed studio for one or two
This was my first time renting this lovely West End studio in a complex with a communal deck on the water. The unit is smartly designed and furnished with many light filled windows offering great cross ventilation. I spent a solo week of bliss, met super friendly neighbors and observed breathtaking sunrises throughout the week. Perfect for one or two, I could not have been more pleased. The owners were extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful adding up to a joyful experience.

Great location, perfect size for two
The location on the quiet end of Commercial street is perfect. You are a short walk away from all the activity, and not far from Herring Cove and Race Point beaches. Comfortable bed, fluffy white towels, fully stocked kitchenette, great AC, bicycle rack, deck overlooking the harbor -- everything you need for a restful beach escape. Owner also provided hand sanitizer and plenty of soap which was thoughtful in this time of COVID. As Massachusetts residents we were looking for a safe, in-state vacation where we could get a change of scenery while continuing to social distance. We were able to easily achieve this in P-town which has a mask mandate with nearly 100% compliance, plenty of takeout restaurant options, and beaches which weren't that crowded. 10/10 would stay here again!
