"Ich würde nicht nochmal dorthin gehen. Unsere Bikinis wurden vom Chlorwasser in den Jacuzzis komplett zerstört. Es gab keinen schönen Empfang, die Zimmer sind okej, aber nichts besonderes. Es ist auf jeden Fall nicht so, wie man es vom Instagram kennt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut !!"

"The hotel was easy to reach by car and offers good parking facilities. It was no problem to leave the luggage at the hotel well before check-in and it was there for us later when we moved into the room. The room was clean and quite modern. Another plus was the offer of a museum-card, which was offered to us at reception. The card allows free access to the museums in Trento. The breakfast selection was large and delicious. However, what really bothered us, and this is more of a criticism for Expedia, was that during online booking it was not clear at all that spa access was not included in the price of our room. We only found out about this at the hotel and it would have cost us about 40 euros extra per person. This information is not visible anywhere on Expedia. On the contrary, with the description available, you'd think that the spa is included. At the hotel, this was quite a disappointment for us, as we also considered the price of around 40 euros to be rather expensive. In the end, it wasn't worth it for the single night stay and the time we had left for the day. So keep that in mind when you book a room. On the official website of the hotel, it is clearer which rooms have the Spa-access included. "

"Das Hotel befindet sich in toller Lage, direkt gegenüber vom Hafen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Von draußen hört man nichts wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind (was super ist), da es vor allem in der Früh sehr laut werden kann (Berfusverkehr) das merkt man sobald man die Fenster öffnet. Die Zimmer sind hübsch eingerichtet, allerdings ist der Balkon mini gewesen, es standen zwar zwei Stühle und ein kleiner Klapptisch auf dem Balkon, aber es ist so klein dass es eigentlich für zwei Kinder geeignet ist und nicht für Erwachsene. Es sind wenige Steckdosen im Zimmer vorhanden und die die da sind sind sehr alt (wackeln) und das Laden von Handy´s dauert sehr lange. Sauberkeit im Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber im Bad leider nicht.Ich fand in der Dusche (in einer Ecke) einen bereits benutzen Einwegrasierer, dieser war bereits dort als wir gekommen sind, und als wir zwei Tage später gegangen sind, stand dieser immer noch dort obwohl das Zimmer gereinigt worden ist, das darf nicht sein und ist für mich ein absoluter Minus Punkt für das Hotel. "
