„The place was small but very clean and inviting. Cute decor, comfy bed and towels. Loved the hot tub. Harbor view was nice. Would have been better if the weather was nice but of course that's out of the host's control. “

„The unit is in a great location, a short walk to all things in downtown Newport. The unit is clean and works for a short stay in town. However, the photos in the listing display a different unit in the same building (this unit has smaller and/or less furniture), the beds are small and rather uncomfortable, the couch in the living room is smaller than the one shown and is broken, and the walls are extremely thin so you can hear your neighbors pretty easily. „I just wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for such a wonderful and welcoming stay. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and charm of the home. It truly felt like a modern beach hut—stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared.The walk to the bay and beach was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our trip. „Updated, well maintained home with numerous thoughtful amenities. Central location for everything to do in Rhode Island! Block Island day trip? Ferry 10min away., Newport for a day. ? 30 minutes away. East Matunuck beach 3 minutes away! Parking lot full there? At least 6 other beaches within 10 minutes! Best restaraunt in RI (Matunuck Oyster Bar) 3 minutes away. Host (Alison) VERY responsive. An absolutely perfect place for a Rhode Island vacation!“

„Everything about the apartment was great. Clean & fully stocked. Location was PERFECT. Parking was not an issue bc it was the off season. Everything was in walking distance - shops, restaurants, bars. The only negative (but we survived) were the beds. Mattresses were way too soft. “

Communication was great from the beginning and nothing was over looked. The house was spotless, comfy and had more amenities than what is even listed. If my group ends up back in that area we will certainly be looking to stay here again. “
