„We wanted a quiet vacation away from tourism. This is exactly what we got. We took their rental to the grocery store (not walking distance) and stocked up for breakfast and lunch/dinner was mostly on the beach w one of the local seafood restaurants. The local people were super friendly and helpful. There were life jackets but not sure if they had any for kids, because we brought our own. There is a snorkel rental too, across the street. „We had an amazing week in Estacahuite! Felicia and Luis’s apartments are perfectly located just steps from the beach. We stayed in apartment 1 and enjoyed our mornings on the deck, watching the sun rise and the local fish boats returning with the daily catch, and our afternoons watching the humpback whales. „Perfect location right above a quiet beach primarily used by locals. Great snorkeling, excellent bay for launching a kayak, and within a short drive or taxi ride of other beach towns with different vibes. Eduardo was available when we were ready to check in and was a great resource for local knowledge. He did a great job checking in to see if we needed anything throughout the course of our stay. We’ll be going back to Casa el Delfin again later this year!“

„En general muy buena experiencia, recomiendo revisar el tema de la persona que ayuda, muestra una actitud poco dispuesta a ayudar, la información que brinda es muy excueta y se molesta si le pides nuevamente datos de la casa. Muy poca actitud de servicio y al final reclamó su propina, cuando en mi estado de cuenta yo pague por la limpieza y por el servicio. Fuera de este detalle, en mi opinión importante, la casa y su infraestructura funciona muy bien y nos permitió pasar unos días muy agusto.“

„Everything was great, we had a great time and Anne-Laure was a great host. The property is really nice, the kitchen is a bit outdated, but it was equipped with everything we needed to cook and have great meals. The common areas were perfect to hang out. „We had issues with several of the AC units constantly shutting off. The pool was quite dirty. The power went out quite a few times throughout the week. The WiFi almost never worked. Most of the beds are in need of upgrade. The property manager attempted to claim we broke a cabinet. It was broken prior to arrival. She even showed us that is was broken (upon arrival). „We enjoyed our stay. The apartment has great ocean views and most of the time there was a lovely breeze in the main area to cool us down. The town had several great restaurants with friendly local people. We enjoyed swimming in the ocean and walking along the lovely stretch of beach every day. Of concern was that most days we could not lock the door/gate to the apartment but we went with ‘trust’ and everything was quite safe.“
