Das Marina Dolce ist ein hochwertiges Wohngebäude mit einem großen Infinity-Pool direkt am Yachthafen. Unsere Wohnung ist eine große 2-Zimmer-Penthouse-Einheit mit 2,5 Badezimmern und einer Dachterrasse mit einer Außenbar. Der vordere Eingang führt zu einem offenen Wohn- / Essbereich mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem Esstisch, Ledermöbeln, einem Farbfernseher und Glasschiebetüren, die zu einem großen Balkon mit Blick auf den Jachthafen und den Pool führen.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, viel Schrank und Stauraum sowie ein eigenes Bad mit zwei Waschbecken, Badewanne und Dusche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und viel Einbauschrank.

Family getaway
Overall really enjoyed Marina Dolce condo and owner Ian was very helpful. The condo was clean and the view from balcony was pleasant. Only issue was the water never got warm so we had to take cold showers. In addition Oasis beach is not a one minute walk which was stated in description of property and there is no jet skiing rental nearby only if you have your own private jet ski.

This was our fourth (?) stay at Marina Dolce and we have thoroughly enjoyed each one. The condo is beautiful and perfectly situated. You can watch the boats come and go, and walk to the restaurant comfortably. Communication with the owner is seemless and the property manager is great.

Best decision!!!
We enjoyed our stay!! The hosts were very nice and were readily available to meet our needs. They gave detailed instructions on how to find the place. They also had a yummy appetizer for us when we arrived. The condo was very spacious. Towels, washer and dryer and all kitchen appliances and dishes and cooking supplies were available. This was definitely a home away from home.

Awesome balcony and the rooftop too!!!
We stayed at this beautiful condo for a second time in Jan 2022, and found it as great as our first visit two years ago. The owners and property manager are awesome in their communications and helpfulness. The condo is clean and bright, the balcony is a delight and the rooftop even better! It is interesting and fun to watch the fishers and tour boats coming and going on the canal. This is a great location, the neighbourhood is quiet and the neighbours are friendly and helpful. It is a short walk to the restaurant / marina district.

Loved it, loved it, loved it!
My wife and I had the most awesome stay in this condo. We were pretty sure it would be great even before we arrived because Ian and Nancy were quick to answer all of our questions quickly and completely. The communications continued perfectly throughout our stay. When we did have a little trouble - tv remote was stubborn and coffee maker wouldn't turn off - the property manager was over quickly to replace both. The property is nicely situated - along the harbour and only a 15 minute walk into the town centre. The condo and property were exactly as shown on the website. The condo is clean, bright, and airy. By opening the large patio doors and the opposite bedroom window a beautiful breeze cooled the whole condo. The condo included all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed the roof top and the large balcony. We loved the condo and hope to be back!

BOOK IT!
Great communication, easy booking and access for the property. Two king beds with own bathrooms was just perfect for two couples sharing the unit. Everything you need including beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc. Explore space as there are lots of items to use. Read the owners red binder as soon as you arrive fir great info. Would definitely rent again. Stayed 10 days and can’t think of anything else we would have needed.

A Truly Fantastic Home Away from Home!
This is our second year renting this condo from Ian and Nancy. First off, I'd like to say that they are wonderful hosts of their home. They keep everything fresh and pleasant inside and out. The condo is in a beautiful location inside the gates of the beautiful town of Puerto Aventuras, Mexico. The tour boats going by in the morning and afternoon are always fun to watch. If you don't mind a short walk/golf cart ride to the village and beach, then you should highly consider this condo. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and nice. The beds were comfy. The Wi-Fi was strong enough to stream video and check in at work. There were tons of towels, extra sheets/bedding; a fully outfitted kitchen, including spices. The patios were great and it was great to be able to open the glass doors all the way and making it an open air experience. The canal was great for swimming (the pool was nice too, but the canal was warmer) and there were tarpon jumping at night. The owners were friendly, accommodating, and responsive. If this place is available on my next trip, it's a no brainer, I'm booking it. I was impressed enough to spread the word amongst my friends & family.

Wonderful!
Large, spacious apartment with everything we needed. Even a Cold water filter so no bottled drinking water required. The balcony, great view, you can hear the sea and wave to the fishing boats as they go by. Mattresses great, plenty of water pressure in the shower. We had a cleaner once a week, (property managers wife) she is lovely. Loads of towels for your beach days. Even bodyboards and snorkels. Aircon good. WiFi good for Mexico. Maintenance good, any problems property manager there same day, which is amazing in Mexico! Pool, grounds, spotless and maintained most days. Reasonable walk to the marina, restaurants and beach. Condo is Beautiful, elegant, relaxing, has everything, well maintained, close to everything. So many good things to say about this gorgeous condo and the prime location. Very safe community and many amenities at you fingertips. 10 minute walk to elegant dining, fun nightlife entertainment, beautiful beach, grocery store. Puerto Adventuras is close to many great adventure parks and towns. Just jump in your rental car from your included parking spot at the condo or hop on a collectivo to take you anywhere. WOW!
Found this place on Home Away and we really liked the photos of the condo. We booked for 16 days and upon checking in we found the place exactly like the photos; maybe even better. The only difference was the updated grill on the roof top which was a pleasant surprise. The furniture and bedding was all amazingly comfortable. Having 2 king size beds makes it really nice to share the condo with another couple. The internet worked consistently, which is a hard thing to find in Mexico. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make your own meals at home. The view is splendid. While having your morning coffee you watch the party and fishing boats go out and in the afternoon, you can watch them come in while lounging by the pool. The location is at the quieter end of Puerto Aventuras making your staff quite peaceful, but yet only a 10-15 minute walk to the town circle where you can swim with the dolphins and have a great meal. Augistine, the grounds keeper, keeps the pool and grounds looking amazing. All in all this was a great find for us, better than ever expected, so much so, that we booked for a month next year. Amazing!
Everything from the location of the condo to the condition of the property was 1st class. The condo is a few minute walk to all the "nightlife" in the area but far enough away that you can have a quiet night in if you choose. The kitchen had everything you could want for a vacation (although I barely cooked with all the restaurant options so close by). The grounds keeper was out keeping the place looking beautiful every morning and the pool was very relaxing. If you want to have a great night in, just go up to the roof top patio and watch the stars. It was just the two of us, but the place was large enough that two couples or a family could easily stay there and not feel cramped. The security of Puerto Aventuras was supreme and there were no concerns there. The people were all friendly and we met quite a few great neighbors from the other condos so we left feeling like we had made some great friends. Although you can rent a car or a golf cart if you choose, it is not necessary. We walked to the grocery store the first night and got a cab back to the condo. ($8 USD). After that we didn't need to go back to the grocery store, we were able to replenish any needs from the gas station near by (within walking distance). We did book a private tour of the ruins and cenotes and would recommend this to anyone. It was only $20 more expensive than a group tour and gave us the flexibility to go through at our own pace. Other than that, we just hung around the condo and downtown area and were able to just RELAX! If you have any questions or concerns, Ian and Nancy are very good at responding to questions and were very helpful during the planning process. We will be back and can only hope to be able to stay longer!

Nous avons passé 20 jours dans l'appartement de Ian et Nancy et nous n'avons que du positif concernant cette location Tout d'abord Ian et Nancy sont des personnes charmantes , toujours disponibles à la moindre de nos questions . L'endroit est superbe , très calme avec une vue sur le canal : nous avons adoré regarder les magnifiques bateaux qui passaient tous les jours. L'appartement est très propre , très grand et confortable.Il ne manque absolument rien. Le jacuzzi est aussi très agréable ainsi que la piscine. Very beautiful property and surroundings? Waterfront and close to restaurants and entrtainment.
We loved our stay and look forward to stay again. Nice buffet near dolphins and sealions. Wristband with access to food and drinks from 11 am to 4pm. Also ate at omni hotel for breakfast ocean view. Wifi worked great at condo. Nice nature walk near condo to ruins. Property owners responded promptly to any questions. No mosquitos during our stay even with patio doors open. Tulum 30 min drive. Went 3 times out of 5 days. Went to Ziggys beach club. Good food and reasonable prices. Snorkeled In Puerto Moreles . Visited Grand Cenote. Wish we had time to stay more. Great trip. Rented car through American car rental .Cant wait to go again. Thank you Ian for everything.

Best stay ever!
The stay was great! The condo exceeded our expectations, the location was perfect. I loved watching the boats go by while sitting on the terrace and roof top deck. The community is the perfect balance of resort activities and a great neighborhood to walk around in. A much better experience than other areas where we have spent time in the Riviera Maya.

Very nice appartment, which added additional pleasure for our vacation in Yucatán.
We have been staying for 2 weeks in this condo with 2 adults and 2 teenage kids. It was clean and all the material in good shape. We appreciated the area, the equipment and as well the pool, which was much larger than expected and hardly used by anybody else. We knew from the beginning that the beach and the restaurants were not just around the corner (10 minutes walk); therefore we recommend everybody to have a permanent rental car otherwise each way to any place is taking forever. As we had the car everything was very easy and we enjoyed the central location of Puerto Aventuras for all trips to Tulum, Akumal, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morales and many others. The communication with the owner went via e-mail and was always very prompt and with good input. Overall we were loving our vacation. Definitely we will come back to Mexico and we would be happy to stay again in this nice place.
