I have been to Rocky Point many times and have always stayed at the same resort. This time we decided to try a different one, Sonoran Sea. At check in we were only given one key and there were five of us staying there. I was told to go back later for the other key due to housekeeping having it. Upon entering the condo, everything looked great, just like the pictures. As the hours passed, we realized there was no hot water, there were roaches throughout, none of the ceiling fans worked and the refrigerator was room temperature. I did go to the front desk and inform them of everything and they had their maintenance come by and take a look. The hot water was fixed, it was the switch. But nothing else was fixed. So again I went to the front desk and they decided to change us condos. So here we were the second day into our stay, and we had to pack up a 2 bedroom condo and move. The second condo they gave us was great, no complaints. To have to move in the middle of our stay was very inconvenient to say the least. I was told they would "take care of me" and was given the main number to the resort, but today, 11 days later, I haven't received a call, email and when I try to call, all it does it ring. This started as a disaster but ended up a great trip over all. I will never stay here again, I'm going to stick with what I know, and that is Las Palomas.
