„Overall, we felt that this house was a great choice for us. We really liked the property and its location. Easy access to the amenities of the Ritz Carlton Reserve. Having use of the golf cart was key. There was plenty of room, a nice layout of the house, and lots of usable space. The kitchen was nice sized and overall it was very comfortable. It was a little "dated." There were MANY issues, mostly related to malfunctioning appliances and toilets. More frustrating was a lack of responsiveness ...

Contacted the property mgr a couple of times with the first time on Sunday, on the key for the casuta door and was advised that someone would come out and no one did. We contacted again on Wednesday and still no one had showed up like we were told. And we checked out today which is Saturday. “
