This condo is located in Punta Vista Signature Residences. This 22 residence condominium complex is the newest and most luxurious in Punta de Mita.
The complex is exquisitely maintained and very quiet with most homes not rented and only used occasionally by the owners. The beachfront infinity pool is enormous and we are located directly on miles of walk able beach. Punta de Mita's numerous world class restaurants are all easy to walk to.
We have lovingly designed this residence to appeal to those with discriminating tastes. Each of the two two primary bedroom creatively incorporates a set of 18th century Mexican doors, the custom bar features a Parota wood bar top and cement tiles, a massive live edge wood table is featured on your deck for outdoor dining. We've incorporated a "bonus" third bedroom with a double bed, ideal for kids or that crazy uncle.
If you like to cook...the kitchen is fully equipped with everything imaginable and a webber gas grill is included.

Mexican Paradise
This property exceeded our expectations. The staff and concierge was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions and needs. There was plenty of room for family of 5, beds were comfortable and the place was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and the welcome chips, salsa and guacamole was tasty. Thanks to Juan Carlos and Isabel and anyone else who helped us have a memorable vacation.

Beautiful building, we go to punta mita every year and stay in these same group of buildings along on the beach. The A/C did not work and property management didn't check it before our arrival. They switched us to a downstairs unit, so we lost the balcony view, and have not offered us a price adjustment yet. All the previous units we've stayed at have had mini splits in the bedrooms - these units did not - so that might be why they are harder to cool. Our downstairs unit cooled great after about a day, but the dishwasher made a constant beeping sound and the dryer for the laundry did not dry.

peaceful, Amazing VRBO and Largest pool in Punta Mita
Great building/ Property, well maintained and the staff is super helpful. We had great weather, talking to the regulars we found great places to eat, both inexpensive to very expensive. We had a dinner cooked for us that was wonderful. There was a lot of large rocks washed up on the beach that the locals said will be gone by June. Our dryer was broken when we arrived but fixed the last day we were there. We cant wait to go back.

Fabulous Condo
Our family stayed at this beautiful condo over spring break. We had a great time and learned a lot! I will start with the good things: -This condo is HUGE, I wasn't expecting it to be so large from the photos. The view is impeccable, beautiful pool followed by the ocean. - This condo comes with a concierge, something I have never had with a VRBO. He arranged our snorkeling trip, golf cart and groceries which helped so much. It was also nice having someone to help with a few issues that popped up along the way. -The condo is kept extremely clean with daily housekeeping, another thing I have never had with a VRBO. - Everyone we encountered in Punta Mita was extremely nice. We felt safe the entire time even though the neighborhood looked like it would not be safe. Things we learned from: - We were expecting Punta Mita to be a bit cleaner than it was. This being our first time to the region, we had to readjust our expectations quickly. There is trash literally everywhere, the beach, the streets, everywhere you look.. Coupled with the horrendous sewer smells wafting throughout the town, it took a toll out of our enjoyment. - There is no sandy beach in a walking distance from this condo. The walkable beaches all have rocks. -Everything in Punta Mita is crazy EXPENSIVE when the landscape just doesn't warrant it. I don't think we will visit here again but i'm glad we had the experience! Thank you!

Amazing stay in Punta Mita
Doesn't get much better than this. We have stayed at the hotel resorts in the past at Punta Mita and chose to use a VRBO on this trip. Very pleased with the decision. Amazing location with infinity pool and directly on the beach. Condo was super clean and well laid out. Can't wait to come back.

But because of hurricane the beach was Full of rocks and debris we could not walk The restaurants were so over priced it was unbelievable The charges from the Consierge service incredible there were unexplainable charges almost a SCAM . Watch out if you go here You will regret it I have been to many 5 * resorts this one I will avoid for sure MM cassim MD

Great value & views
Our trip was great, the condo unit was everything we had expected. A/C works great, well appointed and concierge services are outstanding. Views can not be beat! However, it is not well explained that this condo building is outside the gates in Punta Mita. This was our first time so we were a bit shocked by the surroundings however we always felt safe & enjoyed being a part of the local culture.

This property is exactly as advertised. Spectacular views, amazing amenities, and fantastic location! The concierge service was responsive and made our stay unbelievably easy. The property is well maintained and includes everything you need. The proximity to restaurants and shops in the area is close enough to walk but far enough to feel like you have the beach to yourself. The staff is extremely kind and attentive to every detail. I almost hate to leave such a glowing review because I don’t want to share this slice of paradise!

Overall impression very favorable. All people we came in contact with were very hospitable. Only issue we had during entire stay was that bathroom above was flooding inot our kitchen upon arrival that dripped all night on day one. Requested some type of credit and have heard nothing back.

We love this area and have rented around here several times. This property is a great. Beautiful views, great nearby restaurants. The concierge was very helpful if you needed anything from a restaurant reservation to a Covid test for travel. Alan was very attentive and responsive onsite.

Wonderful Stay “Outside the Gates”
We had a great time staying at PSVR. The property feels very safe and secure. The condo was spacious enough and had a great Bar and balcony. Some of the furniture could use an update but overall it is is appointed nice enough for a vacation rental. The beachfront pool is private and offers amazing views. It’s minutes to walk into town but I would recommend renting a golf cart for your stay.

Not Renter or Family friendly
This was our 4th time to Punta Mita and our 4th stay at this condo building (PVSR). We have always loved our stays here but sadly I think we will be looking to stay at another building next year due to the rules changing at PVSR. It is no longer family friendly. Our children (ages 7 and 10) were told repeatedly to use quiet voices in the pool even when no one else was using the pool and they were only making normal children pool noises. We were also told that my 75 year old parents who were renting a unit next door were not allowed at the pool or in our unit. In fact, no guests at all are allowed in the building if you are a renter. Our intent of the trip was to spend time with my parents and so that was very disappointing to say the least. The property should disclose these restrictions in the listing. In general, we felt like we were not welcome and it was hard to relax due to the staff continually reminding us of the rules (that they carry around on a laminated form). Consequently, I would sadly no longer recommend this building to anyone with children or who are planning to socialize with any one not staying in the building.

Mixed feelings about stay
There were great and not-so-great things about our stay at Punta Vista Signature Residences (as reference, my family stays in Punta Mita / Nuevo Vallarta about 2 months every year). First, the great: the condo interior is beautiful and the view off the deck is beautiful. Now, the not-so-great: On Day 1, we were making normal family sounds at 8:30pm on Friday night after arriving that day (2 parents, 2 kids, no music) and security came to the door. On Day 2, the kids were using the hottub and security came to advise that kids are not allowed in the hottub. Note: a) the written rules received on arrival specifically stated that kids could use the hottub as long as accompanied by an adult; b) the pool is quite cold; and c) the hottub is located next to the shallow end of the pool. On Day 3, we put up a small hammock between the palms in a totally private, unused area of the complex. Within minutes, security told us to take it down. Note: there were other hammocks around, likely condo owners. A few other noteworthy aspects: The beach is very short and surprisingly rocky in spots if you're used to the long walkable beaches of Banderas Bay. The public entrance is directly next door to the condo so the beach gets very full with locals right in front (I enjoyed this aspect). The full bed in the 3rd bedroom didn't have sheets and remained unresolved throughout the weekend. Simply, the complex felt unfriendly and overbearing. The condo owners can and may change the rules about anything, at anytime, so guests may not receive certain expected amenities. When I mentioned this to the concierge, he literally said, "well, we have enough good reviews."

Perfect Vacation
My family and I absolutely loved our stay in Punta de Mita. The condo was beautiful, well appointed and very spacious. The balcony/patio was the perfect place to watch both the sunrise and sunsets.The concierge team made everything so easy. They helped with transportation and excursions and what ever else we needed. The beach is beautiful right outside your door. The town of Punta de Mita is just a short walk away with fabulous restaurants. We will definitely be back.
