Good property, poor management

My main complaint is the communication. There was a lot leading up to our visit, but once we were there the property manager was difficult to get ahold of and did not respond to some inquiries in a manner that was timely for us. The number that was given to me was not directly with the individual who greeted us, but rather an office staff member, which proved to be a bit frustrating because it felt as if I was going through a middle man to get answers.

Beautiful view and very comfortable condo

Would have been good to know that there are many steps to reach the property from the highway. Not suitable for elderly or young children or anyone unfit unless you are renting a car. The pool is lovely but not in sun until after noon and there are only four lounge chairs.
