Getting Around:
Zona Romantica is a highly walkable area, where you can access the beach and the restaurant and nightlife safely at night. Puerto Vallarta is well connected by Uber and Taxi’s (negotiate!).

For reservations in Naya Homes website, this property follows the cancellation policy equivalent to: Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights..

9. Check-in is at 3 pm or later, and Check-out is at 11 am or earlier unless noted in your reservation. If these times are not respected, there will be a fine charged to the reservation.

10. Rental rates include a reasonable usage of electricity for each night of the reservation length. Excessive use of electricity may result in additional charges to guests, which will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.

Great condo close to all the activities and nightlife

This was a beautiful and well equipped property. We didn't really do any cooking in the room, but it appeared to have everything one would need. The views from the rooftop pool and lounge area are fantastic. I could easily live here.We did have two issues during the stay but both were resolved quickly. The safe stopped functioning(the battery came loose inside) and the bedroom AC was dripping.My only critique has more to do with the location than anything wrong with the room. There are multiple bars nearby which are quite loud at night. But I literally live out in the woods and am used to total silence, so it may not have been such a big deal to someone more used to city noises.
